would recommend going to a gym trainer or somebody you know to show you how to do the exercises before you start doing them, also youtube helps.

  Why do dis men?
it is very simple noob, when you lift heavier your muscles become bigger and yourself become stronger. Also your back gets big and you start to look more like a man.
cardio is OK but wouldn't recommend to someone who is small, its a waste of time and energy.

Canals is a BAD joke, it does not belong in cs

That's a lot of push ups everyday, it's good to be doing them for sure. The run combined is the best bit - ideally you want to be doing anaerobic exercise several times a week to really keep your heart and body in shape, simply doing the odd sit ups and push ups wouldn't be the most optimal.
Plank time is also very good, sounds like you've got it all sorted at home, keep it up.

I enjoy canal and its fast play style with SMGs but i think that is because i came from cod where it is way more fast paced than cs.
However it doesn't work in cs. When i have a rifle i feel going to B is just a death sentence. Also If you control the middle courtyard it is very easy to win the round on CT.

First time I play de_canals today after a solid 2 months of no competitive. The map design is decent but the gameplay is just aweful. Like Nuclear said you can easily Rush B and plant before the ct's get in position and if you have an awp/scout on A holding Shoe Store or the connector you can easily defend A.
Otherwise to the new knifes it is a cool addition and hope to soon see more people getting different varies of skins instead of the typical Doppler.

Overpass and Cobble wasn't an alleyway/shotgun map on release. I honestly cannot see this map going anywhere, huh guess we will see. Seaside from Op bravo had more potential than this, even Santorini/Season.
The gun skins are also garbage. Apart from the blue fiveseven, but y'know it's a blue. Knife skins nothing new, novelty will wear off after a while.
The best thing to come of this update is the command to let you see your team's equipment on key-press, essentially giving you information through the walls on where your team mate is and their equipment. You can also enable this permanently. HRTF also sounds a bit better.

I am such a Butterfly Master Race kinda guy and seeing the fucking Butterfly Tiger Tooth made me wet as fuck. In my opinion they should have added those knife skins a long long long time ago but hey they here now and I am hyped as fuck! Also sad because I just cashed out my inventory ._. pls donate me money
Also yeah Spectrum Case whatever all skins look like shit in my opinion but THEM KNIVES DOE :O
New map CANALS also looks meh and gives me a whopping 50 fps average. Nice!
 
What are your guys's opinions about the new KNIVES... i mean update in general?

We played a comp game in Canals, completely blind into the map, no idea of calls, sites anything. Seems T sided as fuck at the moment, but at least you can crab in the water. Also Dat Bowie doppler looks pleasing to the eye.

Either fantasy, thriller or horror, I do like some romance and historical fiction too and my favourite books are The Perks of being a Wallflower, and The Lovely Bones

Before I write the results I want to say something about the event itself, because as we all noticed it didn't go very smooth...
In all honesty it was bound to not run very smooth from the start. The conditions for the event got kind of bad at some point. This is going to be kind of an excuse, but we will also learn from this for the next event.
So what happened? Over a week ago we had a good idea of what we were going to do for the event. Then all of the sudden I get really busy IRL, so I couldn't help testing the server and making sure everything worked etc. Then No Good's internet dies and basically only Gingerpopper is left to test everything with Unseen, so ye... 
After that about an hour before the event I hear that some plugins are not working and nothing got tested for an mvp-round, so we had to make it an actual KZ race. First I thought this was easily done, but then I realised that a race requires a fair start and the CP system kind of broke the whole game. On top of that people completely disregarded everything I said before hand, which got me a little frustrated and that's were it went wrong really.
To the people who started the gather halfway in. I get it, you guys weren't enjoying yourselves, but in a way it was pretty disrespectful as it wasn't communicated to me at all and we are doing our best to get an event going, voluntarily.
Luckily there were some people who did still enjoy the event and took it seriously and here we see the best KZ players in Outbreak:

Hey, i'm Lucy (Culy) and i'm 15 from South Wales (Yes, i fuck sheep. Specifically one called Geoffrei or Rachel ;) ).
I only started gaming last year as until then I did not own any type of console or PC. I don't play as many games as i used to, due to the fact that i am spending most of my time reading, sleeping or studying - as I have exams soon, and I also have a laptop that can only run a meager amount of games.  However i will still occasionally play a few games depending on who is playing it with me. I mostly play Gmod or LoL although i'm pretty bad, as anyone who has played with me can confirm this. I watch anime quite a bit but not enough to make me a weeb. Some of you may know me from ts as I've been on there (with the kool krew in one of the generic or mix rooms) for a few months but haven't made an account until now. I'm not sure what I want to do in the future but I hope to go into Writing or Tattooing.  I listen to a variety of music from Alternative rock to Indie pop and occasionally Heavy metal, and am pretty much listening to music 24/7. I like to draw and design and plan on using those talents for a future job. Once my exams are out of the way I will try and play on the actual OB servers and I was introduced to OB by two idiots called Marsh and R1sk (Don't kill me). I will do pretty much anything for a teacake and i'm consistently nice if you are.

This is a song I had on a CD (is that starting to sound like old technology?) when I was about 12. A friend of mine played it the other day and I've had a hard time getting it out my head.
 

Dark souls plot is rich and intriguing, too bad that unless you read every item description and watch for very small details you won't be able to understand it, or just watch vaati i guess.

Congratulations to the winners of the events, I'm sure you had a great time. Unfortunately I have to voice my concerns about this event, concerns we usually don't have to worry about but this time it must be said. Please communicate as much as possible to the community when an event is being hosted. For example myself and a few others tried messaging you about joining the events however each and every one of us were completely blanked, a simple Yes or No would have been sufficient. Personally I am insulted that you did this and I am disappointed because it ruined what could have been a very interesting event.
I do not wish to make this a discussion, just a point to consider when planning future events.
