there really is no need to over complicate it
just try and eat healthier, cut down on bad stuff
stay hydrated, you'll know when to stop drinking
eat your fruit and veg
porridge is always a good shout, plenty of fibre and you can put fruit in it
if i want a meal and i'm not feeling creative, chicken rice and veg
maybe stop smoking???????????
will probably make you feel better than you think
apparently slow cookers are great for slapping together any old shit as a meal with some meat/veg in it
oh and try and do some form of exercise
even going for a walk for 10 minutes a couple times a day has many proven health benefits
