It's a rented teamspeak server. I have no control of when they role out updates, and if you pay attention to teamspeak you will notice it has updated a few times recently. They are fast at doing this. So please take your problem over to the teamspeak forums themselves as I believe they are the cause of your issue.
I have even taken the time to write your post for you:
Subject: We Lost A Game Because You Updated Your Software
Content: The other day we were playing a very important mix. We had to shoot people and everything. The team that lost vowed to kill themselves, and the game in question doesn't have any sort of IN GAME communication. I know, how stupid! But yes anyway the teamspeak server we are on went down, and we lost the game. Did I mention it was a game? Anyway please don't bring out anymore updates whilst we are playing a mix.
If you join 85.236.100.188:10297 and there is someone is in a mix channel it means we are playing a game and you should hold off your update until we finish, give it an hour or so.

TLDR: I don't control when teamspeak release their updates or when multiplay choose to do their updates. Just be thankful that the hosting company is quick to do these things. And if the teamspeak server goes down, just use the in game communication function that there is.

i know i suck at english but guys please........

so ive was join the Jailbreak server late at the night arround 2-3 am. and i was ct i askt evryone if i could trust them all and they replyed with yes. so i told them all to go into armory and get some guns. so now that they had guns i started to command normaly but they all had guns and nades. so while we was going arround they where shooting so much. and i created a new game that it was a 3v3 fotball. they all needed to stand inside the goal and shoot the ball to kill the other team, was funny. after that i askt if they could line up for me so i could take a screenshot. and they all agreed, so when we came so far as i should take this screenshot they went crazy and i tok some attempts to take it bcs they where mentaly broke and killed me :)

i would say this is some nice pictures and i want to try this as an day time picture aswell, like try to get 24 mby 25 t's to line up with guns and the ct's infront would be fun if we could try that out :)

So if you've been on OUTBREAK for a while, you have probably noticed that if you say or type the word [Censored] you'll get a serious punishment. And i want to bring this up because in the last two days I've been back from vacation i heard a few people say: But why is it offensive or immediate racism.

This might seem something that is overly clear and if you understand why it's okay but this is mostly for new people or people who question why it is banned.

So to start of with the definition of the n-word. It means:

Slang: Extremely Disparaging and Offensive.
a contemptuous term used to refer to a black person.
a contemptuous term used to refer to a member of any dark-skinned people.

So if you have read the above, you'll see that it in no way implies to: bro or friend, and if you scream or type it, everyone will see it. And if you're running an enormous server like this one, you can't yell or type words that immediately demean or discriminate a certain group of people. The word has quite a history and it may seem meaningless to you, but please think about the hundreds of others on the server.:)

I think I speak for the whole community in thanking you guys for hosting the ESL Outbreak tournament. We all realize how much time and dedication it took to host and organize the whole thing and we appreciate you. The tournament overall was fantastically run and a lot of fun. Anyways I just wanted to make this thread because I didn't think you guys have gotten enough love for all the time and effort you have put into it.
SO just know that we appreciate what you have done!

Hey all
This is just a minor announcement to explain the new group that has popped up on the forum with a pink glow called VIP. Essentially, as many of you know, we're working on a new donation system and several features of it will be significantly different. These changes will be gone over at the time, but the result of some of these changes is that there are now two separate groups for current donators and permanent VIPs.
Those of you who have donated for VIP (the £50 option) in the past will have been put into this group, either as your primary or secondary group. At the moment member has taken automatic priority over VIP in what colour you have on the forum, but if you are a VIP you can ask an admin+ if you would prefer to have the pink glow.
All other active donators (active in the sense of recently present in the community) will remain in the other group until further notice. Inactive individuals (both in the donating and playing sense) have been purged from the group and the basis of how the group will work will be explained once the new system is put in place.
If you have any questions feel free to ask staff (ideally admin+ as they are the only ones who really know), but don't expect lots of expansion on the donation system until it is properly put in place.

First day:
Been gaming, trolling some people on the Outbreak servers. Then headed out for the "Nijmeegse vierdaagse" to party among thousands and above all to meet up with Raw the Skidking.

As many of you will know, a member of our community has recently been banned due to their behaviour on another server and abusing the expectations of OB membership. This isn't the first time this has been brought up and so for us to feel the need to make another post addressing the matter is frankly appalling.
We work closely with multiple communities, including LR, EdgeClan, CLWO and various other groups. We often communicate with these other communities and, because of these relationships we have developed over time, we expect our members to represent our community when they go onto other servers. We take pride in being a community that does not go about ruining the fun of other communities and we have high expectations of our players; so to hear that yet again these communities are forced to contact us about a player who is supposed to have been a member of our community has gone onto another server and had a complete lack of respect for their staff is embarrassing.
We want to reiterate that if you are banned from another community and you are a recognised as a part of our community, you WILL be banned and your punishment will be far more severe coming from us. We have no place for individuals who think they can get away with having less respect for the rules and staff of other communities while representing Outbreak.
We shouldn't have to be repeating this topic and it is humiliating how pathetic it is. We suggest everyone takes a hard think about this as acting in such a manner is seen as a directly disrespecting our community and will not tolerated.

Well im not to sure how many of you know but on Thursday night Ellie (my daughter) was rushed into hospital straight from the doctors. This was because her temperature was over 40, if you speak to any doctors if they would send you to hospital if your temperature was 38. A Baby with a temperature of 40 isn't the best. 
We arrived at Our local hospital at 6:30pm, got taken straight into the children's ward, At about 11pm 4 Doctor's was still none the wiser as to why Ellie was over heating and by now her breathing was increasing to a worry amount of breaths per min. 
At 1:30am they decided they had to keep Ellie and Lauren in over night as she wasn't improving at all. i got home at 2AM and was back at the hospital at 8AM the following morning. They kept us in all day and after a blood test, wee wee test and god knows how many examinations they finally started to treat her for a chest infection. They sent us home at 7PM with some very strong antibiotics and we have to go back Sunday for a check up. 
As you can tell its not been the best of weeks for me, Lauren and Ellie... So we decided last night it's time to introduce a new member to our household... Everyone say hello to Diesel the Sausage dog!
