Many new friendships were formed and lots of good (and not so good for some) times and memories will be remembered. I've rounded up as many photos as I can and put them together in this thread. Anyone who has any extra pictures that I didn't put and want to share feel free to put them in this thread and I'll add them to the OP too (I know there are many more out there hidden on people's phones so cough them up). ^^^ THIS
People are just furious/emotional due to their gut-response, after being informed solely by disparaging and biased headlines through the entire election cycle. Suck it up and move on. Might even be a good thing for us, given that we're out of the EU and Trump does not want to punish us for it like Obama and Hillary did.

Rachel reacted to Lewis in Congratulations to Trump I guess?
Well, I think it was always going to be a lot closer than we think, as with Brexit.
We're so exposed to social media, that, regardless of whether we read the news or not, that's where we see a significant amount of political opinions. Every article / status on Facebook for me personally is negative about Trump - anything positive (if there is anything) is instantly ridiculed and mocked. But in reality, social media is such a limited representation of voters. At face-value that's why both these results are shocking to a lot of us, because all we see all day is about how awful he is.
In part that's possibly why the exit polls suggested a Clinton win, with some experts suggesting that Trump voters were scared to admit they voted Trump. I think that's actually more due to the hate from the youth / left wing than being ashamed about voting for him. Although I don't think anything disastrous is going to happen, just to be moderately comfortable I'd have voted Clinton. That doesn't excuse the behaviour of the left wing. Aggressive and overtly hostile to anyone wishing to back Trump, much more so than Trump voters to democrats.
Expect some possible changes on abortion, gun rights and stuff - but really that's nothing for us to worry about. They are domestic issues, which the people have voted for in democratic fashion and we don't really have a right to complain about. I'm sure the U.S thinks our rape statistics are fucked up in comparison to theirs. On an international scale it's far more complicated than, again, social media makes out. Trump can't just nuke North Korea, without probably first confirming with the Army Generals, top officials and certainly the Secretary of defence.
It is more scary with the fact that the Republicans now control the Senate and HoR, but a lot of these representatives are unsympathetic on a fair few of Trump's views - just voting for him along party alliance lines. Yes, a lot of Americans want USA great again - confirming rights, securing better trade deals, getting back above China on an economic scale and even as far as getting rid of some immigrants. But in response to the initial question, I doubt a majority Congress would agree to declare war on Russia or China in the foreseeable future.
If Trump as he is now, a dick in personality, but hasn't done anything fucking crazy - just pleased a lot of Americans by returning to roots, I predict he retains the presidency. It's already easy enough for an incumbent President to carry on. The real battle-ground now will be 2024, unless something drastic happens.
It's pretty obvious the candidates weren't great. But Democrats probably fucked up more than the Republicans. I would have liked to see Joe Biden or even Patrick Leahy go for it, but if they didn't want to, not much you can do, even Bernie would have served better. I think a lot of the population was content with Obama - had a better candidate been up, I think democrats would have won tbh. For me, one of the most fascinating things is that the Libertarian party rose from 1 million votes in 2012 to 4 million last night; shows how shit the main party candidates were.
But yeah, tl;dr - no WW3, unless it's declared on the US, not really sure what's going on in North Korea and Russia.

He'll be good for the US, I genuinely think he will. He's rash and outlandish to get the attention for votes, but he will do the right thing for the US. He is a winner and I'm actually relived that evil Clinton didn't get in. He's better for us too.

Rachel reacted to UnSeen in November Update 2016
    Hey all
Although we do updates addressing issues and announcements somewhat frequently, some of you had requested that the monthly updates become more consistent (as previously they were only posted when there was key things to be said) and include other varied content about the on goings in OB. This update will just cover a couple of the changes that have took place recently. I will be writing it in my usual format as it's about the content anyway, I'm too lazy to jazz up the colours and it's always good practice for writing my UCAS!!! (ty lewis xo)
    - Surf: Down The Gallows
You will notice that the surf server tab is no longer at the top of the forum and most of you will know that it has been closed. Due to its lack of life and our want to focus on putting life back into JB before expanding once again, we decided to take it down. Whether surf will return or we'll try something else when it comes to it hasn't been decided and will be something we'll consider in time, but until we reach a point that we feel we can comfortably expand then it isn't something we'll address as what people enjoy changes. We wouldn't say Surf was a failure as it did have its moments and did well for a period of time, but the timing of a lot of its running was poorly coincided with other OB work, the lives of staff and the slight decline of JB. #RIPSurf2k16
    - Jailbreak: Jazz
Following on from Surf then, the main focus of OB at the moment is about putting life back into JB. Our community is a lot more than just JB as many of you know, hence why a lot of people are disinterested by the idea of playing the server - however it's where we bring in new people. Regardless of whether you are a 2k12er, 2k13er up to a 2k16er nearly all of us came through a gameserver that had that OB vibe and JB is our base format for that atmosphere. Bringing in new people is what it's about, we meet all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds and it's reeling them in to become a part of our group that makes us a community - more so than many other gaming groups. There has been a thread in the Outbreak Club (member/donator) section to discuss improvements and feel free to let any staff know or make a thread in the SnQ if you have anything. We're all here and we're a part of our corner, it's only right we all put our bit in as staff, ex-staff, members, regulars - already I have seen improvements and enjoyment on our server thanks to old faces popping up on JB so let's keep that going.
    - Membership: Expectations
Continuing on about everyone doing their bit, just a small note about the standards we want from members. We have a lax nature in this community (generally) and, especially on TS, the jokes and attitude is mostly centered around the banter. However on JB it comes to our attention, and this isn't to pick at individuals as a lot of people do it casually, that members often are reproachful (essentially being twats with blue names xo) and although intended as 'banter' it can come across as toxic. Members used to be considered the role models for regulars, they often would be the ones explaining things, creating that OB atmosphere so that the mods could keep everything moderated without having to also answer a million questions. This isn't about censoring what you do, but just think about how it can come across when you say/type it.
We also of course encourage activity from all of our members on all of our platforms, even if it's just popping in JB every now and then. Before the last couple of days, it was like 13 of the 60 odd non-staff OB members were also JB regulars - so you get the idea about how we need our members to also be that backbone for our server.
    - Mods: Applications
Moving on from member expectations (these transitions though), we will be setting up open moderator applications. By this I mean the applications will be open for an extended period of time and won't be working in the conventional manner, simply that each admin meeting we have there's a chance we might pick up individuals or we might prolong it to the next meeting and not pick anyone. It essentially gives people a lot of time to show their commitment if they are genuinely interested in becoming a mod (hence people who have no hours could reasonably pick that up for an extended period of time and have a chance) as well as giving us as staff the freedom to pick people out and give them improvements over time. Regardless, as regulars and members there's still a lot you can contribute to our community so don't worry about this too much - it's just there.
    - Promotion: Stinking Bonghead
This doesn't really follow on from the previous part as much as the others do, but you will have seen a new individual with a darker green name and S shield on TS. We're happy to congratulate Finnley on his promotion to Senior Moderator. He has been putting a lot of extra effort in on top of his regular moderating and we felt he had established himself well enough to take up the role, so best of luck to him in the new position.

Lol what is this utter aids? I thought I caused the aids in ob, but I go away and its 10x worse. I've read all of this thread, had chats with vets and admins alike and sat back and witnessed the monstrosity that was Thursday night. What I'm gonna say is largely sitting on the fence, because I have a loyalty to most of the vets, but also don't wanna see OB die.
As I've done lately, I'm just gonna put bullet point all this important shit, because there's too much tl;dr here for the average man. You may find me a hypocrite as I've done a lot of the shit you're doing in the past, but the main points of the post is that you don't really have the entitlement to moan about it, there's also a limit to how it should be done and I'll highlight some of the implications this is causing.

The occasional wind tunnel is funny, I've done it for the past 4 years, and as most of you are aware, I've been banned for it at times. Even by some of you who are moaning about getting banned for it- as most vets have been admins in the past. If someone's windtunneling/screaming in the most active channel in ts, you're going to have to be muted, just like any aids microphone on the server. I know you're all different people, but when you're saying 'We're all very welcoming' but refusing certain people entry to the channel to socialise because they don't want to break certain ts rules is pretty contradictory. Venga I believe in the fact he responds with immediate emotion at a ban of a fellow vet for the reaction and banter, but I think some of you genuinely get confused/annoyed/frustrated/aggressive when someone gets banned for a legitimate reason, which is pretty odd.  I know it may seem like a betrayal to you guys, but as I said, I've spoken to a few mods and mod+'s who are actually ?upset? or more so just had enough with the utter aids recently, don't want to be dealing with the constant drama. And although I was told this privately by several mods, without explicit permission to share it publicly, but so you guys can get an idea of the problems -  a few mods and mod+'s are actually considering stepping down from their posts (no, not just brand0) purely because of the constant hate/problems caused by the OG channel.  I know most of you guys would be happy if it came to just having a ts channel for outbreak, as none of you really play CS anymore, but I'm sure none of you actually want to see hard working mods resign or the server slowly die. Some of the mods we have now have worked a lot harder than we ever did. Yes, we worked hard when the community was first initiated - well, actually, the majority of you didn't, just me and Jamie as most of you joined around Summer 2012 when OB was already thriving. Unseen, Conor and Weezy for instance have served, what? Nearly 3 years as mods in outbreak - vastly surpassing the majority of our 6 month or 1 year tenures, or what have you. But those names are probably where it stops, and where I should turn my attention the admin team, because there is two sides to a story. There's obviously a lot of fresh, young mods around - 9/11 (no meme intended) are from 2015/2016. And as veng acknowledges, certain mods are better at dealing with the aids than others. Perhaps a bit more advice/training for the inexperienced guys on how to deal with it? Leading on from that, clearly I have no idea what goes on in the admin team, so excuse my ignorance. But at face-value - on the community aspect of things, there seems to be a distinct lack of communication. I know for a fact that other mods will ban when others wouldn't, as I've been told that. Perhaps a meeting, if you already haven't - to discuss this topic in its entirety. Maybe I'm misinterpreting the level of this extremity, but I've got the impression this is one of the biggest dramas OB's had in a while and it's leading to the 'end'. Probably deserves some action, from any of you guys. Take your concerns and suggestions to Unseen+Conor, take an active role in helping, don't just passively moderate and expect things to be fixed over night. I do also agree with the main suggestion of the thread by Jamie. Channels do already exist, whether a joke or not, with certain descriptions/variations - I see no harm in just having 'Not to be taken literally, expect mature content' or something along those lines. There is a limit to that though. And that's in part why moderators need to be in the channel. It's easy to say daffy is awesome, but (no offence) when I was very active through the summer I didn't really see him on teamspeak much. Maybe that's changed in the last 40 days, but mods like pepe and brandon are on ts all the time, frankly they have to be in the channel to moderate it, on a more consistent basis -  because if a new person from JB happen to does join and racist/derogatory soundboards are being spammed, although the channel says dont take shit literally, it's very odd behaviour, which in my 10 years of cs, and 8 years of going through different cs communities, is something that has never been endorsed. Again, I know this is something I probably popularised, but it goes back to the level of it. There's a line. Returning the the first sentence of point 8 though, if mods are indeed banning people for posting a link which says NSFW before it, that's something that needs to be addressed. See point 7. Trolling is funny, I'll never stop that. But at least make it imaginative and varied trolling. The occassional mic-check meme, once every 2-3 days or so is funny, so is windtunneling. I joined a channel just with Unseen+Conor and hard windtunneled, took a 6 hour ban or something. Thursday night, the night I returned was honestly so fucking aids I had to leave teamspeak - CONSTANT screaming down the mic. Obviously you are individuals, and most of you are adults, some even 25 year old men, do what you like: BUT don't moan when you get banned, you all signed up to a community which enforces rules and has moderators, no matter how annoying it is having your behaviour regulated online by someone younger than you. This isn't directed to all the vets, I'm sure if you sit back and think you can put yourself into the following groups. Those who are doing cheeky odd trolls for reactions and just to continue what has always run in OB to a limit VS those who are deliberately being malicious, trying to drive mods to the limit, arguing every single night, acting like a piece of bum fluff which is always there but nobody wants. Change it. But I guess the main few points of this are: Take the ban like a man if you break the rules you are already aware of(some of you do this well, others not so well), sit back and think about the amount of it - put yourselves back in your early mod shoes, if Mclovin, Biggles, Gaz etc. joined a channel and you were letting 10 people spam the N word and scream down the mic, that wouldn't look good on you. Frankly I think most ppl on thurs night were very lucky for 5 min bans. Mods, set a regulated standard which you all apply to - just like the server bans/enforcement, and improve your communication. But most importantly for all involved, myself included - think about point number 4.
Take all this on board my friends, and things can go back to normal.

    Yours sincerely,
An old troll who has been banned by at least 60% of you vets for windtunneling.

Just to throw my bit in there, I get on with everyone in any channel... but in the interest of fairness sometimes people in the channel do certain things to bait mods into taking action...  Some of us can see you doing it and ignore it, some don't see the 'bait' and take action.
You don't notice at all that this stupid shit is ruining this community. People are leaving to join other places, if it carry's on like this then it will just be 'the OG Channel Community'.
People wont post on the forums because they are scared of being trolled or rep farmed.
People wont join team speak because they worry about getting torn into.
People wont apply for member because they see Regular/VIP/Donate  as a better tag now days.

Vastly inflated ego which is completely out of sync with reality given his academic failure. He expects to go to Harvard when he can't pass GCSEs. Despite his grand ambitions, he's likely going to end up poor and alone, given his scatter-brained, lazy approach to achieving any goals and his lack of discipline. It's not necessarily his fault, but it's to be expected given his skull-fuckingly mediocre upbringing, complete with shit diet (his dad probably lives off of oven chips), as well as the fact that no one in his loser, working class family has ever done anything of note. In-closing, he's just another loser piece of genetic detritus with absolutely nothing of note or value to contribute to the world.

Rachel reacted to UnSeen in October Update 2016
    Hey all,
Just a brief update on a few things that have been happening recently as we move on from the 'JB refresh' and into other bits along the way.
    - Donation System: Up and running!
As several of you will be aware, along side the JB update, our donation system was revamped and re-released recently. With the release of different stores on our gameservers merged with other updates the donation page kinda went under the radar and a lot of people didn't even realise that the donation system was back up. If you are interested in donating then you can find the page here. If you have any further questions then please ask an admin+.
    - Surf: Mini Refresh!
Surf had quite a few plugins and various tidbits outdated, so while it has appeared to have been untouched this last couple of weeks this is due to a test version of surf with updated plugins, a store and a couple of new additions (contracts?!?!) being worked on behind the scenes. We'll make sure to post to let you know once we've released the new server (should be very soon so this month's ranking doesn't go to waste). If you have any further suggestions, maps or anything you want to see for our combat surf then feel free to share it.
    - Membership: Application system and possible new benefits?
There's been a slight change to the requirements of applying for membership. Previously you had to be present in this community (all platforms; game, forum and ts) for at least a month before you could apply - this has now been lowered to 2 weeks. All other integration requirements and standards have remained the same, this will hopefully just allow for more people to be encouraged to get involved and apply sooner if they do integrate well. If an individual is declined, the wait time until they can apply again has also been reduced to 2 weeks from the decline date (clarification as many people used to apply a month after the application creation date, which wasn't what was intended).
On to benefits: we want to set up more benefits for members. Currently there are a few minor benefits to membership as well as being recognised as an official part of our community, but we feel as if there should be a little something extra for those who have attained membership to give further point in actually wanting to apply. We had a few brief ideas but the truth is we want suggestions from the community, so feel free to create suggestion threads in the SnQ section or message a staff member with any thing you think could be appropriate.
    - Forum: Section controversy.
Although it was addressed briefly in a thread, to comment on the tech section: despite the title and some of its contents not being to many users ideal, the section works as it is. When we use the word tech we don't mean it literally as 'technology' (which would encompass only the current PC thread trend) but as a general 'PC hobbies' section I guess you could say ('mapping/coding/graphics'). Rather than clunk the general section with these PC threads (which despite being repetitive, are somewhat relevant to OB considering we are a PC gaming community) or have a dead section solely for mapping etc it works to have the two combined. It's turned a lifeless section into something with content while still leaving a place for people to share the other things that people wish to post. As mentioned in the thread, if there was more activity for this 'other content' then we could perhaps look into a sub-section to be more definitive but for now this is not necessary. I hope this has cleared a few things up.
    - Weekend Tournament: Check it out?
So the League of Legends tournament is this weekend and much of it will be streamed onto the Outbreak twitch. Although we are aware that many of you might not be interested in LoL or the tournament much at all, we would appreciate if as many of you as possible could check out the stream and give it some love - every Kappa counts after all. We've got a few people from OB giving casting a go so hopefully we can have a good tournament and create a somewhat enjoyable stream.
    - Tchau: Yung Ricardo
Many of you will have noticed that Blyss is now blue on the forums rather than the senior moderator dark green. It has come to pass that the young Portuguese Bacardi lover must step away from staff duties and become a part of the common rabble. To finish out this post we just want to make it known that we appreciate all the time and effort Blyss has put into this community, both as a mod and senior mod for such an extended period of time. Regardless of people's varied views on him, he was one of the best moderators we've had when in his prime and was a pleasure to have as part of the team. Thanks Yung Ricardo for your service xo
Thanks once again to all who help OB steadily progress, once we get through all of these changes we hope to strive for the best for this community

Rachel reacted to Raw in The big computer build guide!
    Hey all,
To start off, there were created a lot of help me build my pc topics recently, so I decided to make one big topic to help you all out. This guide is meant to be for people that don't know much about computers. I will cover what to buy and what not to buy and what to watch out for, and what you should consider. I will try to keep shit simple, and understandable for everyone. After reading this thread you should be knowing what you should be going for, and where you need to look for.  Also you could ask here for advice on your build, or feedback! If you don't know where to start, i'm willing to help you out with several others! This guide will only cover gaming pc's and edit/stream/mapping/heavy workload pc's. Some parts could be used in other builds tho.
Remember that if you build a pc yourself, you will have more upgradeability, it saves you money and it is way more fun! If you are scared to build one yourself, search on youtube for guides on how to build a pc. There are plenty of videos that will go trough step to step!
Some things you need to know:
    HTPC: Home theather PC
DDR3/4: Diffrent types of memory, DDR4 is the newest and also faster.
APU: Accelerated Processing Unit, a CPU from AMD that is known for a very good internal GPU but is not as fast for CPU tasks.

    CPU

The beating heart of your computer. Intel is the best choice in the most situations, but AMD has some APU's that are really interesting for HTPC's. Important choices here to be made depends on what you gonna do with it. If you will be editing video's, or you gonna use programs like autoCAD or hammer alot, you will need more power than if you only game. Also you need to decide if you overclock or not. Do not stare blind on the gHz its clocked on!
For gaming, an Intel core i5-7500 is your best bet at the moment. Considering the performance for value, this little beast will run all of your games smooth without any bottlenecks. And really, that i7 is not worth at all for gaming, since you don't use hyperthreading! If you want to keep the overclocking option open, go for the i5-7600k. Remember that overclocking gives you little to none extra peformance in games, and that it brings risks if not done properly!
If you are looking to edit video's, mapping or other intensive workload, you should be looking into a i7-7700k. With hyperthreading you will have 4 virtual cores extra to spread the workload. Compared to the i7-7700 non-k version, the -k version is more powerful, allows overclocking and is only a bit more. If you really wanna take a step up, go for a socket 2011-3 enthousiast grade processor. These offer more cores, but are also alot more expensive!
If you are low on budget, you should consider an i3-7100. Great CPU with lots of power, but only has 2 physical cores. Some AAA titles like farcry 4 need 4 cores to work on, so take that in consideration.
IMPORTANT: AMD is almost releasing a new series of CPU's which look very promising. I would suggest to wait on those since prices may drop and they could be more bang for the buck.

    Motherboard

A lots of choices here! Various motherboards have various options and diffrent chipsets. Let's talk about those chipsets first considering you buy an Intel processor.
H210 - The most budget choice, offers all you need, but has almost zero extra's and stuff and usually not much USB ports.
B250 - Bang for the buck! Motherboards with enough options and extra's, but have some limitations. Great for a gaming PC with a non-k CPU.
H270 - More luxurous than a B150, but has the option to make RAID setups. Often a bit more expensive, and not worth in your case since i won't recommend using RAID if you dont really need it.
Z270 - Like the H170, but even better and has the option to overclock on unlike the others. ONLY TAKE THESE IF YOU ARE GOING TO OVERCLOCK WITH A -k PROCESSOR, OR YOU THROW AWAY MONEY.
X99 - Top tier that only fit 2011-3 socketed CPU, so you plebs will never get those probably.
IMPORTANT: AMD is almost releasing a new series of CPU's which look very promising. I would suggest to wait on those since prices may drop and they could be more bang for the buck.
My advice in here is to look what chipset you need, consider what options you need, if it looks fancy enough for you, and if you plan to overclock or not. Read ALOT of reviews if the motherboard is decent or not. Common good brands are ASUS, MSI, AsRock and Gigabyte. Make sure the socket matches the CPU socket!

    RAM

Is about what your motherboard supports. Some low-tier H110 and B150 have DDR3 slots only, most of them have DDR4. I recommend looking for a DDR4 supporting motherboard. Considering the amount of ram you need, depends on what you gonna do. For gaming, the minimum is 8gb these days (on budget), and 16gb recommended. If you planning on heavy workload stuff, take 32gb or more. Any kind of stick will do from any brand, and mostly have diffrences in looks. Higher clocked memory offers you a very small performance boost is some titles. 2133mHz memory will probably do the job for you, but if you got some cash left, spend it on higher clocked memory. Remember the FPS gained by this is MINOR, so always go for more important parts, like your GPU or CPU. Try to take low profile ram, explained in te next bit.

    CPU Cooler

To keep your CPU cool, you need a cooler for it. Intel gives coolers with the non-K processors, but they can be loud under load. You are recommended to but an aftermarket one. Coolers have cooling capacity, so you should pick the right one for you. For non-k processors, i can recommend:
    Cooler master hyper 212
    Cryorig H7
    Noctua NH-14s
    Scythe mugen 4
    Arctic freezer i32
For overclocking, you need more capacity. You can choose between water and air cooling. Air cooling can be more efficient than watercooling in some cases, and have way lower chances of failure!
    Noctua NH-D 14 / 15
Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3
    Corsair H100i/H110i
    NZXT Kraken X41/61
When buying a CPU cooler, keep in mind that it can overlap your RAM slots and maybe interfere with your RAM and don't fit! That's why you should take low profile RAM!

    GPU

This is what a PC makes a gaming PC. You have 2 choices of brand, AMD and Nvidia. They both have their pros. AMD has better directx12 support, but they are not as efficient as Nvidia cards. Nvidia also has quicker driver updates. You also have the choice between running a single card and SLI/CF. I would not recommend any of those, since buying a better card is more efficient. Only do it when you need. Also don't stare blind on how much memory it has! Does not say anything about performance! This will also be your most expensive part you need.
If you pay more, you get better FPS. From low to high costs, this is what i advice:
    GTX 1050
    AMD RX 470
    GTX 1050ti
    Nvidia GTX 1060 3gb
    Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb > AMD RX 480
    Nvidia GTX 1070
    Nvidia GTX 1080
    Nvidia GTX TITAN X (Pascal)
Now it comes down on choice of brand, i would suggest you to read reviews and benchmarks! MSI and Asus have good cards in general.

    Storage

In terms of storage, you have the HDD and SSD. The HDD slow, but is good for bulk storage like games, photo's, video's and is very cheap. If you pick those up, try to go for a Western Digital Blue since they are the most reliable. There is also a SSD. This is extremely fast storage, but costs more and is getting cheaper over time. This kind of storage is good for your OS and commonly used apps and games. The SSD has way faster loading times in games, but won't affect your FPS. Windows will start up in 5 seconds on an SSD!
It is common to have both in your system. I use a 256g SSD + 1tb HDD and is fine for me. If you have less to spend, go for a 128g SSD + HDD, or only an SSD, but never give up an SSD, because it makes your system run alot more smoother! If you got enough to spend, go all SSD!

    PSU

But hey, you need power! Usually, with a single graphics card and no overclocking your system will use up to 300-350 watts maximum. If you overclock, this number will be around 400 max. If you run multiple videocards, it will even be more! What you have to do here now, is to calculate the TDP of your system. You do this to search the specs of your parts, and look for TDP. This will be around 90 for the CPU, and around 120-200 for your GPU. Add 20 for your hard drives and shit, and you have you maximum power draw (not completely correct, just a guideline).
In most cases, I would advice to take your total number and add 150. If yours is 300 watt, go for a 450 watt PSU, it is plenty in most cases! If you plan to overclock tho, you would like some extra space. If you overclock, take your total +250. You now have the wattage for your PSU. Never take too much for example a 300w system on a 850 PSU because its waste of money and not as efficient.
There are diffrent kinds of PSUs, and you can sort them on 80PLUS certification. You never want to save on your PSU, because you can blow your whole system up! For the low-end gaming only user, look for a 80PLUS bronze PSU or higher. Bronze is good enough in much cases. If you plan to overclock, you should at least want 80PLUS gold or more. Also look to the warranty. Most good PSU's have a warranty of at least 5 years. Lower warranties have a more likely chance to blow up. You should also be taking major brands like Corsair, EVGA, Supernova, Seasonic, Cooler master etc.. When you look for a PSU, always read reviews if they are decent or not. Never take the cheapest option to save you some burning pc parts!
You might also want to look if your PSU is modular or not, or if it has sleeved cables or not. Also cool options are a silent mode under low load etc. Make sure to check if you have enough cables for everything!

    Case

This is where you gonna fit everything in. There are diffrent varieties based on looks, sound dampening, airflow, cable management, and accessoires. You should look for what fits you and what you like. Read reviews here, they could help alot! Also take major brands, since cheaper brands are known of shit build quality etc. Also make sure the case fits you chosen CPU cooler!
    Some i really like:
    Fractal design R5
    NZXT H440
    NZXT S340
