Bit of background info; Bert was actually the one to invite me to OB JB way back then on CS:S - Bert the mvp.

Alright, first of all, I would like to apologise for the delays yesterday, it shouldn't have gone on for that long, however, it was all technical and was out of our control. I promise you something like that won't happen again. As for Nick, the problem was he didn't let me know whether he was coming or not and as I stated before, I am not letting you guys have a sub if you don't tell me beforehand that you might not make it. Anyway, let's move on and hopefully something like that won't happen again.

Other things i want to talk about:

-  It is the CAPTAIN's responsibility to get your team members together and tell them about the day and time of the matches. Event hosts will not be going around contacting all 40 of u because that's nearly impossible. That said, please do yourself and the captain a favour and check the ESL page yourself. This way you can't complain you didn't know about it.
- In the group stages, everyone will play every other team TWICE, this means you will have 6 games, a few of you came to me to ask why it wasn't just one game against each other - the answer to that is, we planned it that way and wanted to have more games which meant more fun for you guys and more entertainment. We also wanted it to be big and a tournament where you really have to work hard to earn those juicy £80 worth of prizes. Maybe in the next ESL we will reduce the group stage games, however, it will be unfair to change it mid-way through the tournament, especially for the teams who can still make it through.
- Last but not least, I schedule the matches around Sunday/Monday each week. To avoid "Sorry I cant make it to my match that day" PLEASE tell me before the schedule goes up for next week if there are days you prefer or cant do... this will help you, your team and event hosts and avoid reschedules etc.

To be blunt, and not just doing it to publicly shame, but nik honestly has been a poor captain. Lack of organisation, doesn't speak to his players, I haven't even seen or spoken to him on TS for like a week other than when he's AFK muted. When we got made captains it was clear what the responsibilities were and we all agreed with being one, from the go nik has left his team mates puzzled and agreed to reschedules without even asking them - it is a bit meh. At the same time it's ironic that despite none of them being informed by nik all of his team apart from himself turned up for the match. I don't really blame fgt being a bit frustrated, but at the same time the only person to blame is nik - the rules on people not turning up without saying anything in advance were clear, replacements/reschedules are for those who let the hosts know in advance otherwise you will be 4v5.
Back to the games then, I've spoken to all of my team and, other than Liutvi who I'm waiting a response on, they all are fine with Tuesday 8.30 (and I'm fairly certain Liutvi should be available, it's just informing him to turn up). Though on the ESL Outbreak tab it currently says the 5th of July at 7PM - I don't know if you intend for us to travel back in time or whatnot but I've told my team 8.30 after the 1v1s, lel.

Last month's 'mod' of the month is going to slightly different. I've decided to give it to two individuals that have really gone the extra mile and put so much effort into what they have been doing. I think that they have done a terrific job with the tournament and they deserve this, so this is personal thank you from me. Also would like to thank everyone who has been putting the extra effort in from the lowest pep to the highest can't quite see him. Big thank you to all of you, both staff and members, from me!

Among our infrastructure we recognise the moderator who we feel has gone out of their way to put the most effort into the community over the last month, usually this is just done behind closed doors and only applies to moderators. However this month we felt our two admins deserved praise for both their efforts as they've moved up in this community and the amazing production value of the tournament they are providing for Outbreak. We also figured this should be shared with you all so their efforts can be appreciated by everyone, thanks to you both.

We've decided to decline you for now. Despite becoming more integrated and at times being a funny individual, you can be incredibly immature and act in a manner that is reflected by your communication blocks. I wasn't trying to be a dick to you unseen, apologies because I know how much effort you put into everything. My post above is definitely not addressed to you in any way. This is, however, the first time you (or anyone) has explained anything further than "auto bhop was bad so no", that's why I was getting shorter and shorter in asking and came across like a little shitbag kid. It's nice to hear why it hasn't been visibly resolved yet and I look forward to being able to use the server properly.

Autohop existed on CSS, GMod - it isn't something that was done especially for CS:GO (though I get your argument about how much more essential it is for minimum server manager effort).
Regardless, this whole discussion is irrelevant. The argument I had was never to do with 'no to autohop' or a refusal to have it full stop. The current ability to bhop IS too hard, the people who sort out the server stuff (which is now me) have never denied that, my arguments have never been 'ye if your skilled you can do it bru' because that's not true - it is possible to be consistent but it is so hard that it pretty much comes out as chance.
The reason autohop wasn't added straight off the bat is because after looking into different things there can be a way to set it up so we wouldn't need autohop but it would still be easy enough to hop coming off ramps onto water, the issue is that it requires so many different plugins, cvars and cfgs and because some of them conflict I've been looking in my spare time to try find ways around those conflicts. You say that you have been playing lots of other servers and I don't deny that knowledge, but when we work on an OB server we never intend to just flat out copy other servers and stick the OB brand on it - I was trying to find a way to make it work and make it individual to OB. What I got instead was constant whining, ignorance to anything I was trying to say and individuals being incredibly rude, obnoxious and condescending in front of a channel full of people while not giving me a chance to put what I was trying to get across into words.
Due to the difficulty of getting my ideal way working, I will be looking at instead finding a way to restrict the autohop instead. This was never a matter of 'no you can't have the easier bhop' but of a 'in what way am I going to go about dealing with it'. If you are so impatient that you can't give the time to even listen to people's explanations, yet alone give them a chance to work out the issue (done alongside a multitude of other server issues and the mass of other stuff that I do outside of working on servers) in between having school and having some chill time, then I really don't know what your expectations are.
I'm sorry if this response comes across as me being somewhat pissy. The truth is Jak I had been waiting a while to get permissions for quite a while and I had gained perms for all of 20 minutes or something when you challenged it on TS. Usually I don't get pissed off by what people say and their attitude but, as someone who has been around for such a long time, you should know better than to act in such a condescending, demanding manner towards people who are actually trying to contribute to the community.
tl;dr - Bhop will come irrelevant of what form it comes in, just have a little bit of patience (I know, it's a big ask for OB).

Hey,
The account you are mentioning was banned automatically as a duplicate account and this doubled the time of the original ban. The account that was originally banned was 'Chris070' and was banned for a week for being insulting and toxic, this also got upped to 2 weeks due to your ban evade attempt. This could have been 4 weeks as you actually tried to ban evade on the account 'Dem Deags' as well.
It is clear that you deserved your original ban and that you are now attempting to fool us with your ban evaded account, that or you have a really short memory :')
