Skillershark got a reaction from Cereal in Paladins (not a shit post surprisingly)
Okay, since Sniffles is terrible at expressing this game and has made countless mistakes, I'll fix up a few things.
Firstly, it's a 5v5, meaning that each kill counts for much more but the variety of team comps you can make is much smaller. Secondly, each round is a two-stage round, going from capturing the point to then defend the payload that appears or pushing it, depending on if you captured it or not. There are two points up for grabs in each of these rounds, one for capping and one for pushing the payload to the end (or defending the payload until time runs out). First to four points win, the only exception on points being given is that you cannot win by defending the payload, instead it just goes into the next round.
When it comes to maps, until you reach level 5 you play I believe one or two different maps, all against bots. Past that point, though, there are at least six more maps with a variety of different flanking opportunities and great places to choke hold the enemies whilst they try to push the objective. Whilst characters can be very similar to those of Overwatch at times, there are multiple posts around the internet showing how they took most of the inspiration from Global Agenda (too lazy to find the posts on reddit) and characters that had similar abilities to those of Overwatch were actually also similar to Global Agenda. There are also a few different game mechanics, like them or not, like the ability to build items to counter the enemies you are playing against, upgrading them to a max level of 3 with the credits you get for performing well within rounds. Either way though, both games are fun and really it just comes down to preference.
The cards that you unlock from chests (chests gained from leveling up or buying them with gems) allow you to build certain characters to your liking, reducing cooldowns on certain abilities, adding healing to others, they can drastically change the play style of any character, eg. Evie, a character with a blink, flying ability and ice block. You can spec into long blink ranges to get behind enemies and deal lots of damage when they don't expect it, or you can spec into low cooldown on your abilities to blink around quickly and harass all the enemies.
All in all, Paladins feels very different to Overwatch, even if it is just another hero shooter, and is definitely worth a try due to it being free and only taking up around 3GB of space.

I originally wrote this poem for a contest in a GMOD community, but figured I'd share with others.
Disclaimer: This is NOT based on a personal experience. I've had people make that misconception before so I'd just like to clear this up beforehand.
    Our eyes first caught sight
    on that warm summer night.
As days and weeks went on, we seemed to hit it off right.

Before I knew it, I was holding her tight
and in the heat of the passion, I could feel our hearts take flight.

One morning I found she was not just missing; she was gone.
She left me a note explaining that she had moved on.

She thanked me for the good time, for the passionate run,
but in the end she was only in it for the fun.
And after the heat of that moment, our jist was done.

I thought she was special, someone in whom I could confide.
Now I wake up each morning with a whirlwind of torture inside.

There is no more happiness in me, because she made that part die.
It ended the moment I learned that our love was a lie.

    Ok here is mine.

Venga and Jak own a youtube channel with over 1 million subs, Most of the videos are from silver matchmaking games. Fluxy is yet still with the greece girl after many break ups fluxy asked her to marry her, she declined, leaving fluxy desperate and being a bonghead 24/7 Brandon is no-more with us after a matchmaking game where brandon would ranked up from supreme to global wich he lost, after that he lost all connection to the internet. RJay is member after 16 tries. Keji is still around, he sometimes joins teamspeak but refuses to speak english and will only talk french.

Fluxy can no longer perform in any cs game without smoking 3 blunts beforehand, any gather attempt must be preceded with a warning to fluxy to smoke his joints - flicks will follow
Gaffer has had another kid, first one was eaten by zeus
After the assassination of conor, pepe has delved into months of overt depression, eventually fleeing outbreak
    cheesepuff finally gets moderator
In a miraculous turn of firsts, Moderator CQCOD makes a post on the forums, and lupha plays his first game of proper cs
    Sovman has been VAC banned

Skillershark reacted to Fluxy in Outbreak, 1 year from now....
So, this week pretty much marks my fourth year since I joined OB and each year when this time comes around I like to think what kind of situations or interesting things have happend in OB since the last year. Changing in owners, VAC gossip, cyber relationships, le epic trolls, new servers, Mods/admins who go off the rails....alot can happen in a year and OB does look slightly different every August imo. But then I was thinking, instead of looking back, why not look forward...what is OB gonna look like in August 2017???  Here are my thoughts:

Chris Lord admits he got something wrong, him saying "I guess I was wrong then" gets soundboarded and becomes the hottest meme of 2017. Jame and Venga are finally given an official HR section on the forums and a channel in TS where they can deal with most of the community's personal grievances giving Unseen a chance to concentrate on being owner.   Unseen did the deed (assassinated Conor in his sleep, took control of OB)  At a meetup in Essex Mintlou and Jaydog finally confess their deep seated love for each other, get it on, 3 months later have a truck themed wedding, its very nice but no one goes... Babbymonkey returns after many years, expecting most to have forgotten who he is, unfourtunatly this isnt the case and he doesn't stay long as every post he makes on the forums is quoted and replied with                    ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ RIOT ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ Brandon becomes one of the first OB mods to die on duty, doctors believe he had a stroke that killed him instantly, some say this was a direct result of someone changing their name to "Brandumb" during a gather.  All CS gathers are played exclusively on CSS just like the good old days, this is due to CSGO being ported to Source 2 during 2017 which came with the following "improvements": Sprinting, a perk system, grenade launchers and space battles. Biggles heads the "Close Minigames 2017" petition.  Lewis leaves OB to pursue his CS pro career under the name "The Rutland Monster" but is later banned from all CS major tournaments by valve for his repeated typing of "nice eco team" "oops wrong chat" during all his matches.  What else do you guys think could happen to OB in 2017?

Skillershark reacted to Skeff in Revert the Tech section
When the tech section was suggested it had so many great ideas, such as weekly coding challenges however, as I predicted, people have adopted it as a tech support section, which belongs in the SnQ section. Can we revert the tech section back to the mapping section, we can still talk about coding, mapping and graphics there but we need to get rid of the tech support questions, they really don't belong there - heck they don't belong on our forums because all the issues I've seen posted so far would have been resolved faster if the user had googled their issue.

We should make a rule where you're not allowed to include gather clips in your frag montages unless they are exceptionally good.
Every time I see someone get 2 or 3 kills and they put it in their montage and you see them kill OB people in the killfeed it just makes me cringe.
