The title speaks for itself, just in my opinion not for the same reason that you agree with. I personally think it’s yourself that needs to change Mintlou, the community has developed a lot over it’s lifetime it has had it’s ups and it’s downs. We have reached a point where we are not a gaming community anymore and are in fact a community. The teamspeak exists solely as a hub to group everyone together so that they may choose their own games to play and interact with people of their choosing. We don’t have a need for “fresh blood” every week because the community exists from the foundries of friendships. I personally don’t mind new people coming in or not, this is my own opinion as I enjoy playing the games I currently do with the people I have chosen to spend my time with.
As for yourself you’re holding onto the idea “what we were and should be” and it’s always the same with you every 4-6 months you will start a dramafest that will go in circles as you said yourself until it fizzles out. 
I’m happy to assist with servers and events when we have a clear desire for them but that desire doesn’t exist. It’s not as simple as it sounds throwing a server together and keeping it populated when the majority of the community and all of the admin team have full time jobs. Don’t get me wrong we all enjoy doing it, but then to set something up that was requested to only let it die after a few weeks because the community no longer wants it causes a lack of motivation and we have to start again.
If you desperately want to help, try by accepting that ownership isn’t going to change until something major happens in Conors life that requires his full attention and start acting like a supportive member instead of a brat.
There is nothing stopping you from creating a server of your own whatever that may be, using your own funds and taking in donations to fund it. You don’t require “ownership” to make a server, we have had multiple servers ran by members (mostly minecraft) that were successful and didn’t require ownership status to make that happen.
As it stands Conor is the Owner, he funds the Teamspeak and pays for pop up servers to be played until their expiration date. You can say you are greatful or argue you don’t want him to do that, either way he does it because he cares. We all care, however real life sometimes has to take priority over the virtual world and slows down projects and causes lack of communication between staff and staff aswell as staff and members.
This will be the last response on this thread from us as it’s just another one of your rants about “the state of the community” no matter how you paint it and argue it, that’s exactly what this has been.

First of all, I am almost certain that not one of the current admin/mod team has said the below. You are once again twisting words and making up bullshit to try and make your points more valid. 
The community is not only failing due to just the lack of work being done, the community is failing due to the fact that everyone is not attempting to bring new people into the community also. We have launched Jailbreak, Minigames, Retake and Minecraft servers all over the space of the last year and each and every time the servers have been played for a few weeks then dropped as people did not carry on playing them. 
We try and find new server that can be used to bring people into the community but time and time again, even after forum votes, these servers are not what people are interested in. This then caused the servers to be left empty and therefore rendered useless. 
Mintlou, You stepped down because you wanted to immediately gain access to all the powers you possibly could. You wanted to be able to Hide, delete and edit peoples posts on the forums as soon as you were incorporated into the admin team. You also wanted top level Teamspeak rights for every moderator which is simply not needed. 
You are a stroppy child who cant handle being restricted or ignored and will throw all of his toys out of the pram to get what he wants. You'd make a real good leader.

Hey all, as some you might know, I have the deepest privilege of sharing a condition with Quinn has as well, which is dyspraxia, aka developmental co-ordination disorder. Tldr I'm clumsy af with regard to fine motor function, so I find stuff like hand writing tedious/difficult, and when I -do- put pen to page, my script is often bordering on illegible.
 
But I'm actually here for some gym advice from the healthy BOIZ in Outbreak, so I was hoping I could get some help. I joined the gym recently, and I've been a few times, but due to my dyspraxia, and my poor fine motor function, individual muscles are often pretty weak, and my form is terrible with free weights, to the point where I'm better off just sticking with machines until I develop individual muscles and fine motor function better.
 
For those interested in learning generally about dyspraxia, click here. It's a fairly common condition, but I don't really talk about it because it's actually just not a big enough problem for me to chat about. It's not all bad, and it's definitely given me good as well as bad.
 
I was hoping that some of you could suggest some workout routines, focused around weight machines (or body weight), or anything that a clumsy person can do. I'm looking for strength endurance routines at the moment, as I need to develop my base before I could look at doing hypertrophic exercises.
 
I've had a look at this article so far, which I've found interesting, but there aren't isn't any specific plan to follow.
 
This is probably the first time I've been properly serious about the gym as something to incorporate into my lifestyle, rather than as a necessary evil to get into better shape to pull girls (I'm already clumsily banging most of your mums, so I don't need to worry about that). Any help would be appreciated. Cheers in advance lads
