What do you think of new forums

Also, I feel that the forums are too wide. Too much space in the middle. Websites often get around that by narrowing the body of the page, leaving more background space. Look at this http://www.hotukdeals.com/ for an example of what I mean.

I think people will like it eventually. It will be hard to get used to at first. I am sure we will all miss the old forums though but that's natural. This forum brings so much more to the plate, you get to make your profile page your own, choose the background u like etc. It's more customizable.

Ummmm, Im not too sure about them. 

 

I do think there are loads of pretty cool features that will take some time to get used too. I have to say Im not too keen on the member reputations and stuff, I think it will be abused. Also, the mobile browsing is not a fun one, at least I find anyway. 

 

Another thing that mintlou mentioned and I totally agree, when browsing topics there is far far far too much space in the middle of the screen. It looks like it was designed for this guy

I find this forum less responsive and quick too, when loading between pages. Any ideas how to fix/improve this?

They seem good although I want to remove the terrible day/night cycle. It's a nice idea but really I'd prefer to keep it set on 1 style.

Also I can't find the block user button, there are some people that I have recently been reminded still exist and I want to get rid of their cancerous posts as soon as possible.

Update on this. If you go into your ignored user section of the settings then you can alter what stuff you can see for which ignored users. So in my case I just had to add the shoutbox to the list of things I was ignoring for that specific scummy player.

It would be nice to be able to change the background color to some sort of white/black, but other than that it's pretty neat.

I find this true as well, it has added a good 3-5 seconds onto refreshing the the main page, hope it gets fixed soon. x

I think it's ok, bit weird to start of with but it's a lot batter than the simple one.
