The best for you is to build it yourself. It's fairly easy to do, quite straight forward and almost plug and play. It also saves TONS of money, and gives u the best performance. I made you a list that offers you the most bang for the buck. It's a system that you can upgrade well in the future, offers much speed and where u even can play GTA 5 on high settings with.

Core i3-6100: Good dual core with hyperthreading, will not bottleneck.
Ram: 8GB, plenty for what u want to do.
GPU: MSI GTX960 2GB, very good card, fast one and the 2gigs may be a bit less, but i have it too and can run all AAA-titles on ultra with it on 1080p. No real deal. You can swap it with a GTX 950 or a AMD R370/R380 if that is what u want. The RX480 is out of ur budget.
Case: Quite normal one, has everything u need, good airflow. Very basic case. You may look for another one if you like.
PSU: Decent one, nothing special. Will do the job.
CPU cooler is included with ur CPU. Enough cooling for that CPU.
For storage i picked a 240GB SSD. This will make the system way more faster than a HDD. Later on, if you really need the storage, u can swap ur old HDD into ur new PC if you have to, or save around 50 pounds to buy a new one. If u directly need much storage, i will advise u to pick a 1TB HDD. I have put the 1TB HDD in the list, so u can make ur own choice, although i highly recommend going for the SSD, because the diffrence is HUGE.
 
Because u don't know how to build a pc, I picked u some guides that are pretty straight forward. Reminder that u cant do much wrong on building a PC, and it is fun to do as well! I have build my first PC from youtube tutorials, so you can do it too!
 
EDIT: Dit not put in the windows license. Cheapest is to get a license from your school if it offers you, g2play/g2a or maybe even an illegal copy  On most  old PC's and laptops, the key is put on a sticker underneath or on a side of the case. U can recycle that key if it's win7 and grab a free win10 update.

Well im not to sure how many of you know but on Thursday night Ellie (my daughter) was rushed into hospital straight from the doctors. This was because her temperature was over 40, if you speak to any doctors if they would send you to hospital if your temperature was 38. A Baby with a temperature of 40 isn't the best. 
We arrived at Our local hospital at 6:30pm, got taken straight into the children's ward, At about 11pm 4 Doctor's was still none the wiser as to why Ellie was over heating and by now her breathing was increasing to a worry amount of breaths per min. 
At 1:30am they decided they had to keep Ellie and Lauren in over night as she wasn't improving at all. i got home at 2AM and was back at the hospital at 8AM the following morning. They kept us in all day and after a blood test, wee wee test and god knows how many examinations they finally started to treat her for a chest infection. They sent us home at 7PM with some very strong antibiotics and we have to go back Sunday for a check up. 
As you can tell its not been the best of weeks for me, Lauren and Ellie... So we decided last night it's time to introduce a new member to our household... Everyone say hello to Diesel the Sausage dog!

Even i'll go as far as to admit shroud is fucking dogshit recently. So much talent with that guy and it all goes to waste. Why should he give a fuck when he makes so much money from stream+salary.
 
I support the guy because he is a really good player with alot of talent but just doesnt fucking use it. Frustrating as fuck to watch him these days.

Shroud has never been able to bring his A game to a LAN and as a result lets his team down time and time again. The guy is absoloutly nuts for sure, but not against tier 1 teams, he gets rekt. 
Shroud makes so much money from streaming I doubt he has the drive to really go out there and perform cause he dosent need to. 
 
If you look at the Brazilians you realise what a joke NA cs really is. Someone like Fallen who is pretty much one of the best players atm built a team a team from nothing, in a country with no CS background or heritage and took them to a world stage and won several majors. It's absoloutly incredible what they have achieved in such a short space of time and it really shows up all this NA excuses
