Doomblade94 reacted to Blyss in Two lies, one truth - your life
hard one but my guess is that 1 and 2 are the lies.
    1) I was caught smoking weed at school and was sent to the principals office which told me that I looked like a dealer. I had to go to the police station and sign up for one of those shitty ''recovery programs''.

    2) During a meeting of my classes's parents with our teachers I was playing football with some friends just outside the building they were in and I kicked the ball into one of the windows which broke it. We proceeded to run away but were caught. My mom had to pay for the window plus I was suspended for a 3 days.

    3) I was in Mexico when hurricane Emily came through. I was having the best week of my life in the best hotel I've ever seen when the hurricane destroyed everything. Luckily the hotel's structure was ready for hurricanes so we were safe in our rooms. I spent the rest of the holidays drinking the water from all the coconuts that were in the floor.

Note: All of them have some truth to it ;)
Edit: That's correct @Doomblade94 . I was never sent to the police station on 1) and I wasn't suspended nor my mom had to pay for the window in 2). Good job!

Well, the 2017 Fall Semester began a couple weeks ago for me; I'm getting back into the groove of getting assignments done and doing work part-time.
I also have some fan-fiction going on for a Trouble in Terrorist Town community (which the majority of comments on the thread for the teaser are users swarming the forum thread asking me to make them a part of it).
In other news, I recently got my one-year seniority in my main clan/gaming community, and passed my Squad Leader trial in the Planetside 2 division, so now I'm a certified squad leader. I also have a mock anime opening in the works for them, which the community leader told me "looks awesome" and gave me his permission to upload on the official clan YouTube channel when it's done.

What do I want from life? Simple.

I want to live in a nice suburb with a sweet, caring, loving, and attractive wife that will be with me for life. I also want to have a kid that I can call my own and raise as a follower of God. I also want a good job that pays well. I'm not looking for Division President or CEO or anything like that, but something that will easily support me (and my potential future family). Realistically, there will be times where I do have to worry about the economy and whether I'll be able to make ends meet, but I want something that can let me sleep soundly at night knowing that odds are I'll be able to take care of those close to me. That's my American Dream, what I want in life.

I don't feel that fixing a dying gamemode will help. It is true OB was able to resurrect the JB server to astonishing results, but I'm assuming part of that was due to switching over to a new Counter-Strike game that could attract a slightly different audience. Nowadays, you have the major clans from CS:S who are well-established on CS:GO (e.g. Prestige Gaming, to name one off the top of my head) who have a sturdy foothold in the custom gamemodes. In order to resurrect Jailbreak, we would need something that could outdo the competition. Even if we could, I don't think it would work.
I've played with a Garry's Mod community well before I joined OB, one that almost dominated the other servers (Rank #3 on Gametracker). Their numbers died out after a while, and although they did attempt a reboot to mild success, it did not last in the long run (they died out AGAIN after a couple months). Needless to say, even though this was a community with a different game and a different audience, I feel that if they were unsuccessful in a reboot, I don't feel that OB would fare much better. Heck, the reboot OB did took place on a different CS game.
The only possible way I see another reboot working out is if everyone pulls together and plays on the server at once to bolster the player count (something the GMOD community suggested but the members never got together to see it through). If we were able to get a large amount of OB players on the server for a prolonged amount of time each day, it MIGHT keep the player count large enough that people seeking an active community would want to try us out. However, I don't think we would be able to muster enough people to get together like that to fill up the JB server day after day.
The server was nice while it lasted, and it was nice to play again with a familiar community, but I feel that Outbreak Community's servers have sung their Swan Song. This time, however, I don't believe they'll be making a comeback. Sorry for sounding like a Debbie Downer, but that is, in all seriousness, how I see it.

This is too easy. I'm the best at writing erotic fan-fiction. Did it for OB and did it for a Planetside 2 community as well, both of which were well received.

I'll be honest, with you Jamie, even though I haven't been active much and have only stopped on here and there, I haven't really had any negative encounters with you. Still, it's always glad to see someone making an attempt to redeem themselves; hope you get things back together with yourself.

Also what's with the GIF de-rail? My "Locked Thread Senses" are tingling.

Hey! Most of you know me as the keen guy who is always on the top of the scoreboard in every game played, but some know me as that guy who just won't let up...
In this thread i will be reflecting on the past and present, as well as what i plan to do to address my underlying issues.

When I first joined - I first joined OB when it was founded on 24th feb 2012. I applied for member 2 days later and got it within 9 minutes. I was also made admin a few days later and risen to head-admin which i held this position for over a year. I was someone. I made a lot of friends and was respected by (almost) everyone... I could of been owner when McLovin left but turned it down, leaving Gaz to take the helm when no one else would step up to the plate. I stepped down shortly afterwards and came back a few times to help here and there.

Where things went Wrong - After stepping down for the final time I fell down a slippery slope with no hope of returning to former glory... I got several warnings on the forums, spammed the shoutbox, spammed soundboards, became aids... I also got into bad habits of arguing with people needlessly (Admins, staff, friends) and after reflecting back i should really thank the staff for not banning me and sweeping away, spending a lifetime of damnation with Jordan under the rug.

The future on jamie - Today I was told that I should up my game and become somebody again. After spending about 15 minutes or so in the shower, I thought to myself "i need to be back there again"... I will try my hardest to work my way back up to the top, spam less soundboards, join in with more games on ts and get myself back together again. I hope you guys can support me and help regain my reputation. This post is kind of an apology for being one of the biggest skiddos in OB.

    enjoy
