One of my worst experiences that im willing to share ;) is very recently when i went to ayia napa for a lads holiday in June. It just so happened to be my 18th birthday 2 days into the holiday also! So the night began in our hotel room going through a liter of vodka 16 beers and some wikds (4 people) then we started the real night at an all you can drink (10 euros) ministry of sound club, amazing place so we were there for 3 hours so after i was force fed booze from not only my friends but every person in the club i was to say the least drunk :) we then moved to our fav bar Called Craigs because it was a Scottish bar and im ofc Scottish. I was then fed even more drink then i go for a sit down outside and i see a girl i went to primary school with that moved away so i sat and spoke to her for a while to be rudely awakened by a swinging fist in my face( a guy belts me in the face for no reason) i decide not to fight him as i dont know where my friends are so i do the next best thing i break 3 knuckles and cut all 10 from hitting a wall over and over and over. I couldnt feel the wall so thats why i kept going, i thought i wasnt hitting it properly! I was then introduced by someone that comes from the same city as me and loves football so he loved me even more when i told him about my job ;) he spent an hour calming me down talking rubbish but it helped. Completely lost with only my new friend we decide to go to an after party as its still my birthday! i get about 10 mins in and ive lost him so by myself i have a seat, i was beyond drunk now but somehow a girl starts speaking to me and im thinking shes not bad but im way too drunk :D next thing i know she asks me back to hers but first we go to kiss and the second i went in for it i was SICK EVERYWHERE. I dont know what happened to her but i ran straight to the toilets. I lock myself in and begin the lovely experience of being sick everywhere, next thing i know a bouncer has jumped over and dragged me out i think i fell asleep as i dont remember him coming over or speaking or shouting to get out! i get escorted out of the building and i was carried by 4 people as i couldnt stand up let alone walk. I then made the task of trying to get myself back to my appartment which was only 2 mins away but i had 5 groups of people try and help me but i couldnt even speak anymore so as time got on everyone gave up on me. I blink next thing i know is that i wake up to the scorching sun burning my body while instantly being sick. I start to look for my belongings in my pockets to realise that i had been robed in my sleep they took 30-50 euros my hat tokens and even a piece of chewing gum! I then look at my clothes and ask why didnt they get taken but i could let you guys figure that one out! i then look at my arms and my sleeves had been rolled up no idea why but i had the worst burn marks i have ever had in my life. Then asked myself why are my knuckles bleeding and extremely sore and why i couldnt bend a couple of them. After about 30 mins of feeling sorry for myself i made the long 2 min walk home which took me more that 2 mins. I then spent the next 3 days of my holiday with the hangover from hell but i didnt help myself by still going out every night! So thats one of mine and i can say i wont be doing that again in a rush!

Depends on your sport, but if you want to just focus on functional muscle which will help your power output, do something like Starting Strength/Stronglifts. Squats, deadlifts, pressing (bench/overhead), and rows. If you do want specifically muscular endurance though, you'll want to be doing like 15-20 reps per set though. Not great for gaining muscle ofc as you'll be stuck on a certain weight until you can properly crank out 20 reps with good form. Yeh im looking more towards upper body. For the moment my lower is fine/good, i can run 100m in 11.5,i can max 1 squat 120 (my weight is 73) So im looking for more upper body thanks for your input!

Hey guys if anyone is still about on this thread...does anyone know any good muscular endurance programs they could show me as i want to kinda want to gain some muscle without loosing any of my speed! ...anyone could help that would be great!

Oke..well from the other post i made i am very into sports always has been, my main sport i play is field hockey which i play at a high level "gloating" :) i coach football as a job until i start collage in september, ive been doing my job for just over a year now and i still love teaching annoying kids (no different to some of the "FWEEKILL"kids tbh) if your looking for hot sisters im all out of them :( but i do have a 6"3 16 year old brother who weighs 93kg and most of it is muscle,so if you wanna tango feel free (Y) other games i play include LoL,Hearthstone CSGO(duh) and other steam games but those are my main 3 as for csgo i am ranked MGE but i was LE before i stopped playing alot so yeh...DONT LET YOUR DREAMS BE DREAMS BOYS
