When I try to connect to my internet it says error 651 the modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error . Does anyone know the problem ?

So I was playing a game of lol with my friends and then I got disconnected from my internet I dont know wants the problem but I have no internet on my pc. Don't know when I am going to fix it but I am trying my best to fix the problem .Your properly going to decline my member app because I am not going to be there. ps I am posting this on my tablet which has Internet.
