Right honourable gentlemen,
I have made this *FORMAL* thread so that the people of Outbreak can ask questions related purely to the direction of Outbreak. So obviously no questions like "favourite colour" or "what's your favourite club song to sway to" or any junk like that.
I'll start us off:
Conor, is Discord still happening? If so when can we expect to see the transition? If it's cancelled, then why has it been cancelled?
 

Considering the only deck I have ever used and likely will ever use is a shitty and basic Shaman 'Totally Totems' because I don't spend any money on the game and I used to just play it to pass time in between lessons on my ipod, I think I might get stomped somehow in this.
With a game like Hearthstone it'll always be tough to 'mediate' it as such because the strength of your deck either relies on your purchases or extreme amount of play time. The only games that will really be determined by skill are those that either have 2 players who have similar deck strengths (that or if someone is flat out retarded and they lose to someone with a far worse deck).
Your rule to restrict using the same deck twice is good to stop the 'most op style of deck' just snowballing a BO5, but at the same time excludes people such as myself who currently have only put enough time into the game to even have one mediocre deck (I haven't even unlocked the free cards for any classes except Shaman or Mage despite playing for years on and off lul). Though it can also be argued that people who can't even provide 3 decks in the first place might not have played enough for a tournament - who knows.
Either way I'll be interested in playing. Due to it being free and the wide spread interest in the game as of late, it was another game that I had considered doing an official OB tourney styled thing for at some point (as we are a multi-gaming community), but I'm all for this at the same time.

Count me in.
Gonna have to start preparing then.

Definitely not wild though. would rather play the meta currently event if it's not my favourite :).  I was actually planning of trying to put a tourney together but I'm glad somebody else wants to :).
 
I think  I would recommend the conquest style of tournament.  something like everyone making 4 decks,   opponent ban's one class.  no player is allowed more than one deck with each class etc.  Players would need to win with all their decks to beat their opponent.  Final could be bo5.

Story
Once again the skids of Outbreak were puzzled - how could they attempt to break CS:GO or harass the OB hierarchy this time? They had tried petty baits, rep farming, racial slurs and mass freekilling among a long list of expertise, but they needed something fresh. As they plodded along the JB cell blocks scratching their heads, one young skid came across something peculiar - a knife in a wall. This was unprecedented, everyone knew that knives stayed on your person in OB - no one had ever thought to throw one!
Scurrying off to the others like the rat this chap was, he lead them into the next step in their pointless revolution - they would test out their new found skill in the NG1 Nightclub before attempting to storm the small council chambers walls. They all agreed that this was the best plan of action, but they were skids for a reason. Lacking cohesion they could not set aside their pride and work together going into the fray, the nightclub 'test' would become a deciding war in which group of skids would lead their conquest. Would this muddled lot finally push OB past its limit or would they fall into clown fiesta as per?
 
Event
This event will consist of 3 sections on 3 different maps and have 4 teams of 5. The game modes are basic but revolve around the usage of throwing knives. Each team will be assigned a colour to differentiate themselves from other teams.
Part 1 - War
- All 4 teams will be on T side and given time at the start of each round to move about the map and position themselves as they wish before friendly fire is turned on.
- Each player will have 2 throwing knives each and a throwing knife hit is an insta-kill. If you kill a player with a throwing knife you will take their remaining throwing knives.
- Once you run out of throwing knives you can only use melee knife.
- Will take place on a nightclub map, also known as NG1.
- Points assigned by team survival order; 10, 6, 3, 1. Bonus point for each player the winning team has left at end of round (not counting if only 1 survivor).
Part 2 - Siege
- 3 teams will be on T side with 2 throwing knives again and will be attempting to kill the team defending at the opposite end. Neither team are allowed to use nades even if given.
- CT team will be given $10k to use in the buy menu and can use anything except autosnipers, negevs or nades. They will have 1000hp each (throwing knives deal 200 damage per hit). 
- Ts will be respawned every 30 seconds, but the respawn will reset all Ts to the spawn location, alive or dead.
- Will take place on a defend castle map, also known as small council chambers.
- CTs will earn 1 point for every 10 seconds they survive once the round starts. Ts will earn 2 points for their team if they kill a CT.
Part 3 - Clown Fiesta
- Everyone will be on T side again but this time given 10 throwing knives and the throwing knives do 50 damage each.
- Everyone will be given 200hp and x2 speed.
- Will take place on cruise, also known as Conor's getawaywithobmoney transport.
- 10 points will be awarded to the team of the player who gets the most kills and of the player who is the last survivor. If this is two different people, the non-survivor will be respawned for a throw4throw off for the MVP.

. A stern reminder that signing up and failing to turn up/notify us in good stead will result in event cooldowns as minimum punishments.

Hey there
Haven't been around in a while but I was looking for some help in a new PC Build
I am planning to get a new PC because my current one is a pile of shit
And I hardly know anything about PC Parts and don't know which ones are the best and which ones are the worst so this is why I am asking for help
The only thing I can really say is that I am looking to buy the new AMD RX 480 
And I have a budget of about £450-£500
So I am looking for any advice for the build such as positives and negatives about the parts or even the AMD RX 480 and if you could possibly do the build on PC Part Picker or give me the list of parts as I am the worst with computers, this has got to include the case, windows 10 and anything else I may need (Not including keyboard,mouse e.t.c)
