Favourite Cuisine?

Pretty interesting topic. Next year for my GCSE Catering exam I'm doing a controlled assessment where I chose a country, do some coursework on it's cuisine, and research the country, then spend a full day making a three course meal from that country. I've been looking into doing Mexican, Italian and Thai food, but I'll probably go with Mexican, because there's a few Mexican restaurants around here.

I adore the Turkish kitchen, I just love eating börek, döner kebab and baklava.

My second would be the Italian cuisine.

I like Japanese food especially the restaurants where they cook it infront of you and you get a massive plate of sushi before your meal.

Thai, Chinese, Mexican and Italian all equally sizzle my taste buds but if there was one specific meal I would love to see more of in Ireland it would be the Wiener schnitzel I have enjoyed in Austria over the years!!!!

I don't really have a specific favorite "cuisine" but my two favorite meals are Pizza and Christmas Salad my mom makes every year :3

One of my favorite meals is "Mansaf", Jordanian cuisine

My current favourite cuisine is Greggs, my favourite particular meal within this is called "six sausage rolls". It consists of 6 hot Greggs sausage rolls.
