Your attitude is quite bad, and until that changes I can't ever see you getting trial.

Maybe it's a case that you've come back with a brand new great attitude (pls be true) but if that's the case then people actually need to see it before they can change their mind about you.

Hey Shears,

We're going to have to decline you this time round. As some have mentioned you went inactive for quite a while since your last application and you have very little server activity, which also means we haven't been able to see if you have improved upon any of the issues that were stated last time you applied. Integrate more with the community and show us improvements on the aspects of attitude that we commented on last time before applying again, which you can do in a month's time.
