I was speaking to someone on this yesterday. They were saying how the fact 'getting to global was nothing, easy to do and was then a thing everyone was getting to', which completely changes that statement. Now try and get to global and sit at global.

I do still think they have majorly changed the way the MM ranking system works, from a very narrow loss to be instantly deranked. Even had a few mates derank from 1 loss at GN2 / SEM to GN1 / SE from 1-2 losses from 6 wins..
