I don't know if you'd call it fear but I'd say lack of agency over my life and in regards to being able to help my friends. I don't like not being in control, especially if it means I can't help a loved one going through a hard time or in physical danger.

I'm also scared of heights too.

lol, if Russia declared war on UK, the rest of EU would go to war against Russia (I guess). And probably the US would get involved and MAYBE China or some other countries would help Russia. So basically a Third World War would start. And no one would leave that war victorious, so don't worry, it won't probably happen.
