I (and I'm sure a good few other people) would love this. Somewhere that's a bit quieter and less full on, less constant screaming and noise. Groups could easily be assigned to make this happen.

Users who aren't assigned to Spanish group can create their own temporary channels where they can set passwords on them. Just do that. Not all the under 18's are loud. You will find a lot of the over 18's are also like that.

The only channel like this I'm willing to implement is the 25+/going to be a dad channel. There will be free champagne and caviar, along with truffles from france.

We cannot create new channels. We used to be able to before Hish0t changed the permissions. Mind you, this was a few months ago now.

I don't see an issue with channels how they are. There are plenty of them and if you want to talk business the password is a good idea.
