  1. Recently got a membership at my uni gym, heres my workout routine I've kinda put together. I alternate the workouts each day and atm I'm going 3 days a week to the gym. I'm no expert so would like some feedback on the routine, cheers. Workout A: 5x5 Squat 5x5 Bench Press 5x5 Barbell Row 3x8 Lateral Raises 3x8 Leg Press Workout B: 5x5 Squat 5x5 Overhead Press 1x5 Deadlift 3x8 Dumbbell Press 3x8 Lateral Pulldowns
