Mintlou - Why is the dog area so close to the kitchen? Surely results in unfairness on the dogs for constantly smelling food, resulting in barking while prisoners enjoy the best thing of the day, perhaps move it outside? Dogs have to walk through the main area just to take a leak?

Showers - Halfway down the cellblock, scene of most rapes and attacks next to common room and yard where police could get attacked, move showers to nearer entrance to cell block?

Can you get two floors? Seems a lot of prisoners on one floor
