First of all, this is a moderators job to help keep the server clean and occasionally help with things outside the server, of which we try our best to do so. Also, i don't see how a couple of years difference would change how a moderator would contribute to the community.
 
This makes it seem like its a fucking real life job application which is not what this is, this is an online gaming community and quiet frankly we only need people with the capability to type a few commands into the chat to keep the server clean like a moderator should, their "skills" will develop in to being something that will help expand the community. Not everyone joins the server and knows exactly how to help a community grow and all that jazz. 
 
Jailbreak has been having 20 plus players on it over the past month so it's been quiet alive. and even if we did get a new server the "7 hours a week" rule would probably still stand to keep that as clean as the jailbreak server is.

This is as much dog shit as Joey's posts Blyss and it doesn't help to set an example at all especially for a Member. You could have said the same thing without saying "go fuck yourself".

Try not to make more than 1 post in a row especially for small things like that. You can just edit your post or wait for other people to post before posting again. Posting things like "below this line is gay" especially when it doesn't make any sense with the context is super annoying and childish.

Hello again,
As many of you will know, a member of our community has recently been banned due to their behaviour on another server and abusing the expectations of OB membership. This isn't the first time this has been brought up and so for us to feel the need to make another post addressing the matter is frankly appalling.
We work closely with multiple communities, including LR, EdgeClan, CLWO and various other groups. We often communicate with these other communities and, because of these relationships we have developed over time, we expect our members to represent our community when they go onto other servers. We take pride in being a community that does not go about ruining the fun of other communities and we have high expectations of our players; so to hear that yet again these communities are forced to contact us about a player who is supposed to have been a member of our community has gone onto another server and had a complete lack of respect for their staff is embarrassing.
We want to reiterate that if you are banned from another community and you are a recognised as a part of our community, you WILL be banned and your punishment will be far more severe coming from us. We have no place for individuals who think they can get away with having less respect for the rules and staff of other communities while representing Outbreak.
We shouldn't have to be repeating this topic and it is humiliating how pathetic it is. We suggest everyone takes a hard think about this as acting in such a manner is seen as a directly disrespecting our community and will not tolerated.

Hey all
For a while now we have been overhauling and working on various aspects of the community to expand, improve and create a better environment for Outbreak. Over the next few weeks we plan to release several updates informing you about the upcoming plans that we are hoping to put in place in the near future.
 
- Donation System Changes
As you will have noticed we have added a new VIP rank and in the post that was made to explain that we briefly mentioned about changes being made to the donation system. We have been reworking the donation system and will be adding a variety of packages which contain new features. The packages we have in mind include:
● Reserved Slots: A feature we previously had that a lot of you were fond of to make sure you could join our servers.
● Monthly Package: Will unlock almost everything on the server you choose for a month and put you into the donator group for a month's time.
● Global Monthly Package: Will cost fractionally more than the Monthly Package but will unlock the features on all of our servers for a month's time.
● Permanent VIP Package: Will unlock everything available forever and add you to the permanent VIP group. Will also include some bonus features that the other packages do not unlock and will gain you early access when we are testing out new features.
These packages will contain many new perks that we are currently testing out as well as containing many of the features that were previously available as well. This does mean though that individuals will no longer be able to purchase credits, however credits will not be removed from the JB server. All store items you currently own will be refunded as credits and, once we've restricted the store in accordance to our new packages, there will still some items that will be purchasable by using credits. This will also mean that earning credits through server play time will be added to the server again. Due to the stores on each of our servers being different due to the varying packages, items or credits owned will not cross over.
Many of you will be pleased to hear that, among the many other things we intend to add, custom player skins will be part of our store once again! We also have a set of JB guard and prisoner models that will be put into place over time, which can be seen here:
            
 
- Jailbreak Overhaul
Along with the donation system changes, we have been working on a massive overhaul for the Jailbreak in the hope of revamping and improving the server massively. This will involve trying out an assortment of new plugins, configs and other features over an extended period of time to see what works for our server and actually improves it for the better. Obviously the new store will be a massive part of this but we have many other changes in line which we hope will create a more enjoyable OB Jailbreak!
 
- Rule Updates
The previous news and update post was a tad less upbeat and the changes in rules has been made known in other posts so we will keep this brief. To be clear on the changes on our stance to:
2 ♦ No cheating/scripting or bug abuse of any kind, such as getting to places the mapmaker didn't intend you to get to.
Scripting, in particular bhop scripting, will now be dealt with with the same severity as we would deal with any other form of cheats. I should hope the amount of times this has been repeated over the forums should make this change crystal clear.
 
- New Logo
After a long time waiting for something magical to pop up for a new logo, we decided to just take a leap and get one. After various design suggestions and tweaks we got an end result that we were happy with. Although it might take some getting used to at first, we feel it brings a more professional and upbeat vibe to the Outbreak name than what previous logos have given off. We hope to start using it on our platforms very soon!
 
To summarise, we are putting in a lot of behind the scenes work, slaving away to bring about a new look for OB and to constantly improve our community. We would like to thank everyone who has been putting in the time to help us progress and we are sure we can count on your support as we continue to improve our community. As we advance our community and hope to better it, who knows what we will pop up.

For me Joey definitely deserves member, he integrates well (from what I know) on most platforms of the community. Although his forum post is mediocre, I don't think it's something that would hold him back from becoming a member.

because you have improved alot since your last app but i also feel like you could integrate better on ts
your behaviour has improved tremendously on the servers
i feel you could be more confident on ts (although that is not my strong point either) join bigger channels etc.
maybe post a bit more on forums aswell

Hi i am Joe Green also know as Joey I am 15 years old and I was born in the South West of the UK.
currently i work in a local pub in the kitchen. but finishing my last exam for school on the 27th of June 2016 and am going to collage to do computing and computer science. In time i would love to work with computers and wouldn't mind being a programmer. i would also like to work with networks and do networking.
i have been playing video games since call of duty modern warfare came out and have recently started playing PC in the last year but also love my family dog Rascal
I have been playing CsGo a lot lately and found outbreak about 6 months ago but was not to active now i try to play at least 2 hours on the jailbreak and a little on the new surf and talk to some people on team speak. I am MG1 at the moment and want to improve.
in time i would like to be good friends with everyone on the community and want to help this community grow and get rid of the hackers in the game. i know its hard for the Mods and Admins in the community and sorting out them free killers. when playing i try to be as least TOXIC as possible and normally just chill.

Anyways Joey I think you could be a member in the future but not just yet. When on the Jailbreak server you speak a bit too much when you're dead and alive which interrupts the round as nobody is able to hear the warden over you and I have had too warn you too many times for this. Also your integration with the community on other platforms is not sufficient, when I have seen you on team speak you have always been in the lobby or in a channel on your own, if you really want to increase your chances of getting member I suggest you try joining different rooms with new people and integrating with them more by playing different games with them, I know it can be scary at first joining a big channel with lots of new people. For now it will be a -1 from me due to the reasons stated above.
