Hey James,

Despite some improvements, we are going to decline you for now. You previously lost your member for a valid reason including trolling and being extremely irritating. Although you have improved slightly, you still don't think before you speak most of the time and this comes across as you being a complete troll, that or extremely inept. The manner in which you hold yourself is not something which we would want to represent our community. Improve upon these points and you can re-apply in a month's time.
