+1s are there just to say that 'yea we've seen this guy before and wouldnt mind him'. Back when I was doing the apps with mclovin, if we didn't like someone e.g their attitude then they would be declined, doesnt matter how many +1 they had. Sure they help a little bit but not hugely, so dont get thinking you got dis in the bag and act all cocky cos yoj haven't (not saying you are but its just advice take or leave it).
