Admin complaint against Gumzter again

Okay this is beyond ridiculous.

We're playing on the map, aeon, and we're playing the car based game. Milkman is driving with Aidan commanding and we've killed about 8 people as per commands. Aidan orders everyone out of the car area and most of them do. 3 of them, Gumzter included I believe, are still in the car area and from what I can see there's a T stuck behind the car.

So I go to move the car and it accidentally hits a T or two doing some damage, agreed it was wrong but it didn't kill them and apologised straight after. In the end there wasn't a T behind the car and I was misled by the glass (it has black lines along it which looked like a terrorist crouched behind the car).

Anyway, I apologise and Gumzter starts insulting me and calling me a shit CT. Then starting bringing up pretty old reasons why i'm a bad CT, which i've more than improved upon just to get at me, telling me that he holds a grudge against me and hates me saying that after 2 incidents he holds a grudge. Using curses too i'd like to add.

So obviously I respect him as an admin but he's gone too far so I say "Gumzter, you're just acting like a twat now" which is indeed the truth, there was no reason for him to make that comment or bring up past events to newer players just to get at me, it's a dickmove when all I was intending was to help.

He continues to pursue the issue and continues calling me a shit CT so I tell him to go take some more peace photos for his facebook page.

Then when i'm about to reitterate my apology to the people I hit with the car I get banned for 2 months :| with about 3 people telling me how ridiculous of a ban it is straight away. For rude language? Isn't this a 16+ server and should be expected?

As far as me insulting him, true I said his actions were 'twatish' but based on the facts of what happened. Let's not forget he insulted me first based on a quick and rash first reaction, i'm expected to just accept his comments because he's an admin? No. I can and did discuss that all I was trying to do was help but he persisted in calling me a shit CT and so on.

This is beyond ridiculous from my point of view as I was only trying to save what I thought was a terrorist stuck and near an unfornate and unnecessary death.

I am in the car room with everyone else. We just finished and we were heading out. I try ot exit when I see a CT near the car and the car near the door. And a T says something like I don't trust that and I'm thinking what the fuck is that CT doing? Joking around? Alright I guess. I take one step ahead the the CT drives right into me. I think to myself that that was obvious trolling and the person was going directly for the T. You can't seriously be so dumb that you fail and that exact time. So I was expecting something like lool or a giggle. I see Painscope driving... really? The person who I hate oh so much and also hates me 'accidentally' into me in a sitatiuon which is clearly not an accident. Bullshit! Absoulute bullshit! You can't deny that! I am expecting a joke from you or something lame which you always do. Like when you killed daemonic a time where I put friendly fire on. Or when you killed T's with a chopper. But nope this time you immeadly come with your lame as excuse stating it was an accident when it clearly wasn't.

I get fucking pissed! I know you did that on purpose. So I say "ur being a prick." and you start crying about me insulting you. Of course I call you a prick when you act like one and when you are one. I tell you that you are a shit CT and I fucking hate you which is obvious that I do so you know that I'm mad at you and I know that you did it on purpose. You react by calling me a twat and now I'm furious and I have more then enough to ban you for a month or two. I tell you I'm not going to ban you because you're mad. You then say that yeah I'm mad and you then proceed to trash my picture on the forums by saying nice peace sign.

So goodbye Painscope. I'm never going to see you again and I am so thankfull for that! I hate you so much! It's amazing how people can't see how much of a troll/prick/attention seeking/acting like a little kid kind of person you are! Go find some other server to play on. Straight to the forums - Yes, talking to you in a foul mood and given your anger towards me would solve nothing.

How can you not improve - I have improved, I didn't realise you were monitoring my progress on a daily basis.

Stupid, attention seeking etc - I play to have fun, if that brings attention to me then i'm sorry, if you don't like how I base my commanding or how I interact with others then don't play with me or you'll get (pathetically) aggrivated.

Shut up about beard - It was an inside joke with another member on a truth or dare and has been a continuation on that, if that really annoys you then I suggest seeing someone...without a beard ofcourse.

Pay attention - I didn't realise we were picking out insults like diamond plums, unrelated and rare.

Hate you and have no problem telling you - Yet if I were the admin would you do it knowing you can't rely on your admin status as a shield against insults yourself?

CT by the car button - I was there with Milkman the whole time, taking turns to drive the car, ofcourse i'm going to be there, especially when there's near a dozen T's by the entrance.

You cannot deny that - What do you think this post is partly for? Agreeing that you're right? I stand by what I saw and considering you had your back to the door I would say i'm more reliable as a witness in this.

Killed Daemonic - Again, inside joke, we all have a love/hate relationship towards Daemonic, he saw the fun side in it and I would have more than happily slayed myself for teamkilling, without a doubt.

Killed T's with a chopper - You mean months ago? Really bringing that up just to insult me? Clearly just solidifying the points i've already put across against you Gumzter.

Because you're mad - I was upset, not 'mad' or whatever juvenile term you wish to use. I stated that you were upset and therefore making descisions because of that, clearly proven in this post ("I hate you Painscope").

Trash your photo on forums - Incorrect, I said "Why don't you just go take some more peace photos for facebook Gumzter". It's another way of saying piss off without the cursed language, to get the situation moved into the past and so we can both just carry on playing OB and not quibble about nothing.

I am considering leaving OB if this issue isn't resolved. It's clear to anyone that my actions were accidental and that I apologised enough times, it's also clear that Gumzter is basing his actions of anger and a minor incident.

I admit to my actions being wrong with Gumzter the first time and towards Tweep. I have had 4 different reasons for the Sholto situation and McLovin continues to ignore me and not give me a significant answer with evidence to back it up. He said he'd hear Sholto's side and then mine, but took Sholto's word and made a descision without hearing my version of the events, claiming that I started an argument yet didn't start the conversation, use any obscene language and just defended every accusation with truthful events. True I don't have proof for them but neither does McLovin/Sholto. Again just a prime example of anger being the cornerstone of descisions made around here. It's upsetting, I do like this server generally.

Painscope, I don't like you either, I just post to give general information. Having read that you have been banned multiple times, you really are running out of chances. I do see that gumzter is just fed up with you right now, and he shouldn't be. It's hard for me to imagine getting this much rage on the internet just over a single person considering I myself can't get mad easily ( if only I had feelings ).

I suggest leaving the 2 month ban. Just a suggestion, as I can't do anything about it as I'm not an admin.

I would have done it but got so caught up in the moment, it doesn't matter as much now anyway seeing as Gumzter has admitted to insulting me. Plus my responses were through the mic so I couldn't transcribe them word for word D:
