I think HNS could work if it were as enforced by rules as lr and done on a rare basis. It's fun to follow a CT for ages while he's trying to look for everyone and stab them then sneak off, kind of Assasins Creed meets Counter Strike XD

I think it would make things more logical Shadow. Why as general players do we have to fork out the effort to find evidence, especially if inexperienced in getting it, yet admins can give out bans 'willy-nilly' (inb4 related jokes) without a shred of truth to them except in words. Because of respect? When do we get respected for it? When we provide proof? Admins need to provide proof of their bans before/after doing so to the person who has commited the offense (if they are availible to contact) and to a higher authority figure such as Jamie, McLovin and/or Kriss.

Nah Jack, need to give commands not to break/enter vent. Shadow is right about armoury ofcourse :3 same would go for dropping guns needing commands.

I guess it can only be judged on the points both myself and Gumzter have made which, if not reputed, are correct.

I know about the HNS ones where you can hide as a bottle etc, but that's more minigame based. Was trying to have it incorporated fully into OB. I understand peoples apprehension towards it and the warday though, definately agree with Barry on this though.

Clearly a lie as two people have broken the forum rules of not posting on an admin based descision. I've also had 5 others on steam defending me. I guarantee people like me, in fact, I would put your words to the test and ask people on the forums if they do (In a seperate post under the questions section as it seems relevant).

I admit to my actions being wrong with Gumzter the first time and towards Tweep. I have had 4 different reasons for the Sholto situation and McLovin continues to ignore me and not give me a significant answer with evidence to back it up. He said he'd hear Sholto's side and then mine, but took Sholto's word and made a descision without hearing my version of the events, claiming that I started an argument yet didn't start the conversation, use any obscene language and just defended every accusation with truthful events. True I don't have proof for them but neither does McLovin/Sholto. Again just a prime example of anger being the cornerstone of descisions made around here. It's upsetting, I do like this server generally.

I just responded with a large amount of paragraphs but it's gone missing. BAH! Damn computer. I'll be brief with my points then. Straight to the forums - Yes, talking to you in a foul mood and given your anger towards me would solve nothing. How can you not improve - I have improved, I didn't realise you were monitoring my progress on a daily basis. Stupid, attention seeking etc - I play to have fun, if that brings attention to me then i'm sorry, if you don't like how I base my commanding or how I interact with others then don't play with me or you'll get (pathetically) aggrivated. Shut up about beard - It was an inside joke with another member on a truth or dare and has been a continuation on that, if that really annoys you then I suggest seeing someone...without a beard ofcourse. Pay attention - I didn't realise we were picking out insults like diamond plums, unrelated and rare. Hate you and have no problem telling you - Yet if I were the admin would you do it knowing you can't rely on your admin status as a shield against insults yourself? CT by the car button - I was there with Milkman the whole time, taking turns to drive the car, ofcourse i'm going to be there, especially when there's near a dozen T's by the entrance. You cannot deny that - What do you think this post is partly for? Agreeing that you're right? I stand by what I saw and considering you had your back to the door I would say i'm more reliable as a witness in this. Killed Daemonic - Again, inside joke, we all have a love/hate relationship towards Daemonic, he saw the fun side in it and I would have more than happily slayed myself for teamkilling, without a doubt. Killed T's with a chopper - You mean months ago? Really bringing that up just to insult me? Clearly just solidifying the points i've already put across against you Gumzter. So you start crying - Yet i'm banned for you crying about me insulting you? Where is the logic? Not trying to be arrogant at all but if I were the admin, would you call me a prick? No. You're just hiding behind your admin powers as a shield to avoid taking responsibility for your words. Ofcourse i'm going to be pissed about someone insulting me, weren't you? Because you're mad - I was upset, not 'mad' or whatever juvenile term you wish to use. I stated that you were upset and therefore making descisions because of that, clearly proven in this post ("I hate you Painscope"). Trash your photo on forums - Incorrect, I said "Why don't you just go take some more peace photos for facebook Gumzter". It's another way of saying piss off without the cursed language, to get the situation moved into the past and so we can both just carry on playing OB and not quibble about nothing. I am considering leaving OB if this issue isn't resolved. It's clear to anyone that my actions were accidental and that I apologised enough times, it's also clear that Gumzter is basing his actions of anger and a minor incident.

Okay this is beyond ridiculous. We're playing on the map, aeon, and we're playing the car based game. Milkman is driving with Aidan commanding and we've killed about 8 people as per commands. Aidan orders everyone out of the car area and most of them do. 3 of them, Gumzter included I believe, are still in the car area and from what I can see there's a T stuck behind the car. So I go to move the car and it accidentally hits a T or two doing some damage, agreed it was wrong but it didn't kill them and apologised straight after. In the end there wasn't a T behind the car and I was misled by the glass (it has black lines along it which looked like a terrorist crouched behind the car). Anyway, I apologise and Gumzter starts insulting me and calling me a shit CT. Then starting bringing up pretty old reasons why i'm a bad CT, which i've more than improved upon just to get at me, telling me that he holds a grudge against me and hates me saying that after 2 incidents he holds a grudge. Using curses too i'd like to add. So obviously I respect him as an admin but he's gone too far so I say "Gumzter, you're just acting like a twat now" which is indeed the truth, there was no reason for him to make that comment or bring up past events to newer players just to get at me, it's a dickmove when all I was intending was to help. He continues to pursue the issue and continues calling me a shit CT so I tell him to go take some more peace photos for his facebook page. Then when i'm about to reitterate my apology to the people I hit with the car I get banned for 2 months :| with about 3 people telling me how ridiculous of a ban it is straight away. For rude language? Isn't this a 16+ server and should be expected? As far as me insulting him, true I said his actions were 'twatish' but based on the facts of what happened. Let's not forget he insulted me first based on a quick and rash first reaction, i'm expected to just accept his comments because he's an admin? No. I can and did discuss that all I was trying to do was help but he persisted in calling me a shit CT and so on. This is beyond ridiculous from my point of view as I was only trying to save what I thought was a terrorist stuck and near an unfornate and unnecessary death.

Well the CT's who don't listen get slayed if they don't return to armoury or whatnot :P and if you start using guns then someone else will think it's okay and pick up an M4 etc xD I do see your point Biggles but the rebelling part comes when they're found and can knife their enemy or can even sneak up on a CT and kill them. So in effect it's a limited space warday with knives and nades only for the T's.

I quickly made this point on leoben while gaming and a few people agreed but here's my suggestion: When a CT declares a hide and seek day it should be disallowed to do the following. - Go into armoury - Camp cells/vents - Use a gun (picking up is fine but not using it, especially against a CT) - Use medic if they've been shot at and escaped I find that whenever I play hide and seek that all terrorists just see it as a chance to go straight to the guns and raid armoury as we're all in there and not bothering with guns outside. It's basically a glorified war day as it stands now. I've played under these conditions I listed above on the old Friendly Players server and it worked well (with an admin there to monitor the situation ofcourse). Just wondering what you guys think? Would add a fun minigame to the server that isn't played repetitavely :)
