SonyTwan 1,208 Posted February 7, 2016 HOSPITALITY BIRMINGHAM WAS FUCKING SICKKKKKKKKK ears still ringing liquid is relaxing but when you have it on a proper sound system fuck me Nu:Tone played this in his set and everyone was singing it On the outdoor terrace there was another mix room where they had guest DJ's playing, lots of jump up, good shit. Danny Byrd was on 4-5 AM and despite the fact I was fucking shattered he kept me going He also mixed Love You Like This into Hazard - Bricks Don't Roll lol, proper took me by surprise London Elektricity - Apex remix Lynx - Disco Dodo High Contrast - Twilight's Last Gleaming Subwave - Stars get down etc shook hands with MC Wrec and Dynamite, and London Elektricity came up front during his last track and hugged me and my friend, legend too much to talk about 2/10 would do again Quote Share this post Link to post

SonyTwan 1,208 Posted February 8, 2016 on a jump up binge, just skanking to fuck in my room as a genre of drum and bass it certainly can be repetitive, the main part of it just being an aggressive as fuck wobbly bassline certainly has a reputation as somewhat chavy and cheesy, but there's a handful of producers that do it well and everybody loves at least one track, always goes off this one's an oldie the ultimate jump up track can't beat a good flute drop (1:05) Quote Share this post Link to post
