Also looking for a 1440p 144hz monitor.

Any decent motherboard will do the job, would make a list for you tomorrow when im back home, still in the hospital atm...

Keep that case, cool one. CPU cooler is decent enough Pick another PSU please, that one is defenitly not the best. A cooler master GM G550M is a good one MB can be cheaper tho, but if u want to keep the color scheme cool it is ok.

U can save alot of money in this build, and yes it runs the division flawless. Swap that i5-6600k out for a i5-6400, u wont notice the performace diffrence U can pick up a windows code via school, saves u alot of money. What PSU, motherboard, case and CPU cooler have u picked?

Well i gave it a try, and yes, its seems not that hard to just build a map. The design would defenitly be the hard part. Also experimenting with cell doors and stuff, and figuring out how to make games. Already build some cell area thingy, and just figuring out how to edit boxes and stuff. Doors will be my next step.
