here's my tips on how to be a good commander: Get them out of the cells as quickly as possible. Don't spend to long in the armory picking a gun, all you need is an m4. I find that a bad ct will leave us in cells for about a minute and then he will repeat the most basic command over and over, and after all that all we do is play first reaction last reaction. A terrorist might look and sound retarded but really, they are just looking for a loop hole in your commands so they can rebel. For example if you said 'stand on the red line', there might run to the red line in the armory or something. So, keep your commands simple and clear that way it is difficult to find a loop hole in them. Play games that you would enjoy playing yourself. Create a mental bank of games that you can play. The most basic games are not fun, example: first reaction last reaction, Simon says etc. Try to be creative, and spend some time coming up with some imaginative games. I'll give you one to start you off: Team minigames. Split the T's into 2 teams. Ask each team to nominate someone to perform a minigame or task. This task could be for example, spell my name into chat backwards or What is the capital of Australia or something. You can either kill the loser, but I would recommend just making a point system and award a point to the winner's team. Before you join the Ct team, look at the ratio and if you are not needed on the ct team join the T's instead. If you are swapped by an admin don't complain. Finally, use common sense. Don't be a 'pro ct'. In other words, don't repeat yourself to often if people don't listen just kill them its their own fault. Don't be to robotic either. To often I see crap ct's come on and say stuff like 'When cells open take one step out take of your cell face the back and afk freeze.' And that's as far as they get before they are killed by a rebel.

well, i have 2 friends who finished their 3 year at oxford and they recommended that I buy a laptop in preparation for uni.

I'll need it to last through to uni, in which case a desktop wouldn't be practical.

you guys won't believe the rig I was running before christmas.. of the top of my head it had, 1 Gb RAM... when I bought it it was 500 MB though.. RaedonX1600 graphics 2 Ghz Intel Core duo Processor. my new laptop has 8Gb RAM expendable up to 16 Gb Raedon graphics not sure on the specificity. 2.4 Ghz processing power. I'm not an expert on any of this stuff anyway, just so long as it runs css..

About a year ago, I woke up one morning to find that my whole body was paralysed. It lasted for about 3-5 mins after I woke up. Turns out 1 in 10 people are affected by it at least once in there life. Really weird experience..

40 hours isn't that much.. and I can't imagine you have been playing for a few months now Not that it's up to me, but I think you should spend more time on the server and become more familiar with the players and for that matter the rules. Yesterday there was an incident which demonstrated that you didn't yet know the rules properly, but it was no offence or anything it was just a silly slip. Anyhow, good luck in your application.

I thought it was pretty good myself. I didn't like the fact that it was going to be 3 parts long, but after I saw the first part I thought that they might just be able to pull it off. It starts off exiting, and then it spends about 50 mins getting to know all of the characters etc. Then the last part is very exiting lots of action etc. People who may be disappointed are people into all out action films. Which wouldn't be possible work with the hobbit, imagine 3 hours of pure explosions and fighting in HFR 3D... it would be painful to watch. I would recommend seeing it. Don't expect it to be any better than the lord of the rings though.
