Hey Cereal,

After some discussion we've come to the decision to decline you for now. Although your activity and integration has been decent, multiple situations have been brought up where you've had a negative attitude and complained needlessly about things on the server. As a member we wouldn't expect these sort of reactions to situations and therefore we would like to see you improve upon this before you can apply again in a month's time.
