I'm very sure you've got it too close to your mouth, it's a very distinct sound it makes when you have it too close to your mouth. You can also change your mic output volume in steam settings/CS:GO settings but I don't think you'll have to do that when you just put it a little further away.

Very good that you're already trying to fix it.
