Why you believe your ban was unfair/disproportionate (Including any evidence to support your claim):

I was accused of freekilling early this morning in the following thread: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1798

I am not a freekiller, and the evidence provided was insufficient. A single screenshot was submitted, in which I hold a score of 28 kills and 1 death. I challenge this evidence as insufficient for two reasons. Reason number one being that the score in the screenshot could be easily photoshoped and I believe this may have been the case. Although my score was quite good this morning, I don't remember it being that good. Second, a good score is not indicative of freekilling. I was warden this morning and was responsible for executing T's that were not able to follow my commands correctly. Also, I did not find the skill level of the T's to be particularly challenging.

In the above thread, TinyTerror claims this was not my first ban. However, if you check the ban page on your website, this is, infact, my first ban. Thank you for your time.

"A Testimony is NOT substantial evidence

This means that telling us how many witnesses you have or who can testify to your ban request will not result in a person being banned as it is too easy to just gather a group of people who don't like a certain player to ban them."

I would appreciate it if you would refrain from participating in this thread if all you have to contribute is slander.

To be quite honest vagineer Jordan here is just stating a fact. That he has seen you free kill. Wether this is true or not I can't prove but I can take Jordan's word for it as he is a trusted member of this community.

However I shall take all 3 versions of the story and shall ask mclocin to check the logs for this date

Hey JDOG.. I understand that you need evidence to back up my accusations but to be honest last time he freekilled.. as i hit record he left... There has been times where Vagineer has been a alright player but then goes ct and freekills.

Late one night I was asked to come on the server to vote ban this guy, looks like he behaves himself when admins are around, mass free kill when they aren't, and now he is trying to say he is innocent or it's "photoshopped" thar actually made me laugh, pathetic

You have no idea how much i've heard about you coming on late at night and freekilling Vagineer, you've just been unlucky enough to have been caught this time - the only reason you haven't been banned before is because all i had was people saying you did/do it. From what i can gather from all of the late nighters on OB, you've done this plenty of times.

The fact that you're obnoxious enough to come and then try to claim you haven't been doing this makes the perm ban all the more justifiable.

If some random 10 year old dutch kid comes on, freekills and leaves, i could care less. Week ban, blah de blah.

But when someone with apparent intelligence does it, then tries to claim innocence... makes it all the more worse for me.

Can I ask why you would take a dutch person as an example?

I mean we all know the french and german are more likely to freekill on the server.
