In case you haven't read this thread: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=693 "A Testimony is NOT substantial evidence This means that telling us how many witnesses you have or who can testify to your ban request will not result in a person being banned as it is too easy to just gather a group of people who don't like a certain player to ban them." I would appreciate it if you would refrain from participating in this thread if all you have to contribute is slander.

UnBan Request: Player Name (at time of banning): Vagineer SteamID: STEAM_0:0:22260989 Ban Reason Given: Freekilling Server Banned From: Jailbreak Date of incident: October 29, 2012 Why you believe your ban was unfair/disproportionate (Including any evidence to support your claim): I was accused of freekilling early this morning in the following thread: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1798 I am not a freekiller, and the evidence provided was insufficient. A single screenshot was submitted, in which I hold a score of 28 kills and 1 death. I challenge this evidence as insufficient for two reasons. Reason number one being that the score in the screenshot could be easily photoshoped and I believe this may have been the case. Although my score was quite good this morning, I don't remember it being that good. Second, a good score is not indicative of freekilling. I was warden this morning and was responsible for executing T's that were not able to follow my commands correctly. Also, I did not find the skill level of the T's to be particularly challenging. In the above thread, TinyTerror claims this was not my first ban. However, if you check the ban page on your website, this is, infact, my first ban. Thank you for your time.
