  1. Wist, this looks like an amazing trip and a shame it will only last 9 days.

    1. Pack, then take out at least half of what you've packed, you really do not need a lot of clothes etc.. This is the biggest mistake everyone always makes.

    2. For the love of god, please, don't use a money belt,  you'll look like a 'tard and stick out like a sore thumb when you're paying for stuff. (Nothing screams tourist like a money belt) just use a wallet...

    3. Photocopy all documents, Passport, Cards etc.. and keep in a different bag/pocket.

    4. Learn to love McDonalds for the free WiFi

    5. If you plan to just use your card, make sure you take out a good wedge to minimize fees. I've always used my card when I travel and never had an issue, just don't loose it otherwise you're fucked. (I've not use the post office card but looks pretty good, also the one James mentioned)

    6. Download a offline EU map to your phone, not that important but it helps if you have no internet/wifi and need to see where you are.

    7. European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is a must.

    8. Don't rush yourself trying to fit as much as you can in, the stress and time spent on getting connections etc.. will take away from the time you do have exploring

    9. Try to plan ahead of time as much as you can, use Google maps to see local transport travel times/walking times etc...

    10. Take photos.

Other than that it's pretty much common sense and you're a bright lad.

Every one I've played so far has been awesome. Nice job man.

    Thank you :)

I've added a GTA V Map in the OP with what I think are the most common call-outs for the Police chases, Once you loose everyone it's a nightmare to try find one another.

Would be nice to actually hear your voice and reactions too Four20 since we can only see the actions around your camera.

Yeah, Shadow Play wants me to use Push-To-Talk and I can't find a button on the controller I like. The other way is to Always keep my mic open, so If I get a phone call or the missus shouts me, Shadow Play will pick it up :(

    I'll sort something.

I've made YouTube Playlists for Races and Police Chases

  4. In part yes, the API does have a part to play but it's more geared towards the market they have created, enabling underage kids to get in to the gambling life style.

Valve have played this pretty well imo, the way it's structured is very, very smart and I'm sure they had a legal team look at this.(If they didn't I'd be shocked)

The way they get around the term gambling is pretty simple  E.g: You pay $2 for a KEY, this key then opens a ITEM. You always get something and never nothing.

The value of the ITEM you get isn't up to Valve but rather other users. This is why you could spent $2 on a KEY and get an ITEM that could range from $0.02 to $50,000+..

The way Valve look at is, every ITEM has the same Value, it's digital media and with in company reports all ITEMs like SKINS have a common basic value.

So they can say they sell you a KEY to can trade for an ITEM of the same value every time.

It's the user base that put value on SKINS/ITEMs not Valve.

It's also kinda like how warehouse raves get around having no liquor license, they sell tokens and the tokens can be used to trade for beer (Strange loop holes n' shit)

  5. "A Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player filed suit against Valve today, accusing the game maker of allowing an "illegal online gambling market" to spring up and propagate around the popular online shooter.

Valve Corporation, the suit says, "knowingly allowed ... and has been complicit in creating, sustaining and facilitating [a] market" where players and third-parties trade weapon skins like casino chips." - Link

The knitty grittys of the case

We've all kinda knew it was coming I guess? It will be interesting to see how this turns out 6 years down the line.

  6. Storm, this has already been accounted for and predicted, it's natural stock volatility when votes are on the line, things will bounce back after panic selling has finished, worry not young one <3
