Hi Evan, I enjoy that you're a friendly face who I've become familiar with over the past few months. It's nice to see some people have come and settled, and don't seem to be moving on anytime soon (in terms of community, not life). I find you one of the funnier people on the TS and I like having you about in general TS banter situations. I think that it's fun that you signed Weezy's petition to demote IrishChamp, though I probably don't agree with the sentiment of the petition. But it is fun. It sounds like life is going well for you, from what I hear, and I hope that continues now and into the future. :)

Some of these are actually fucking gold. 

Your body will always ache the next day following an exercise your body hasn't adapted to.
If you're wanting to add mass, you're gonna need to add resistance to those bodyweight exercises, whether it be by doing harder variations, or weight in a rucksack/pull up belt.
Don't forget your diet also, eat big 2 get big fam, but not too much, or ur 2 big.
Gym is not a requirement, but doing big compound lifts is much more effective.
I'm back to it after my nagging shoulder problems, they still give me a bit of trouble, but now I'm properly stretching and looking after my rotator cuffs, it seems to be improving.
Able to bench without pain which was my previous issue, and going past my previous max.
