    Forum sections

Rachel pointed one out to me that i thought i'd confirmed as non-existant. Before creating a spoof OB group, I scoured the General rules for something that states spoof |OB| tags aren't allowed, but the rule is actually found in the Jailbreak section. Just an example, but i would appreciate a bit more structure.

    Member Trades?

I've got some steam cards i don't need, and i'm also missing some i'd like to create badges. So for example: If i could make a forum post, listing what i have but don't want and then also list what i need. It can stay there for a length of time until someone in the community gets dropped that card and is willing to trade it to me. I also have a couple of indie games i've been gifted but will never redeem or play. I'd be happy to trade them for say 1x CSGO skin or less. I'll put them in a thread in the respective board and people can make offers. Trading with people you know would be a far better experience than using a trading board full of strangers. It's just another way to integrate with the OB community and create a friendly atmosphere. Sure there should be some kind of disclaimer on behalf of OB. I don't think for one moment anyone would expect the OB staff to police the trades. The internet is a nasty place and you should really understand what you're getting yourself into when initiating a trade. But again, this is why i suggested there be some sort of initiation or user pre-requisite to be able to trade on OB.
  3. Neo-nazi white eh? Again, an older photo with my old PSU

    Member Trades?

How about a forum board for Steam item trading? Maybe members only, to better establish legitimacy.

    Films

I've never watched a Hindi film before this and i was honestly pleasantly surprised.
  8. If someone could walk me through installing it again i'd much appreciate it. I follow tutorials online and i can never seem to get it working. DayZ Mod > H1Z1 > Hello Kitty Island Adventure > DayZ Standalone
  9. Apologies for not being able to make it. I was looking forward to this too :(

    Holiday plans

"an extended period of leisure and recreation, especially one spent away from home or in travelling." :glad2: People get those?
  11. The mouse wheel is really steppy and i really miss the big red thumb button.
  12. Corsair Sabre LEDs are much brighter and more uniform. They're also much more visible than the M65. The soft touch rubber is back and it feels lovely. There's also a lip for your little finger. Something i haven't had before. This will take some getting used to :D
  13. Lotus was the one for me. Many many moments were had on that map.

    Watches

I think everyone had that kind of watch at some point Twiix :D Mine was green with a camo strap.
  15. I've always wanted to do a map based on a PS1 game. She already has an obstacle course and a dungeon (Sort of, underground treasure room) I'd started recreating Lara Croft's mansion with some Jailbreak aspects but I found it so hard to make it look authentic. Not to mention getting the textures to sit how I wanted them.
  16. I've been thinking about giving it another go myself. When I see some of the maps on OB today, i usually find myself thinking about how lazy these mappers have been, and how much better these maps would have looked if they had just taken the time to put some details right. I've spent so many hours in hammer in the past, but nothing to show for it. It's a really tedious process. I'd suggest you start out simple. Make a hollow cube using the 'Skybox' texture, make a platform inside it and place a spawn point. Make some cubes and play with their textures. Then learn to connect buttons to doors. Learn how buttons and doors can move when activated. After that you should be well on your way. I wouldn't dabble into lighting just yet, those things take a bit of fiddling with.

    Watches

Had a tax rebate a few years back that went into four digits. Thought, fuck it. I want a nice watch. You can't go wrong with Rotary. Well built and not too flash. Edit: That's not to say the watch is worth a grand. I'm not that stupid.

    Phones?

    I knew Apple used another company's screen, although I wasn't certain who's.

    Phones?

I had a feeling someone was going to say something like that down the line. So now i'd be interested to see a comparison of an iPhone 6 and a Galaxy S6

    Phones?

Aye, it's one thing Apple excels at: Their devices are all very well refined in terms of core functionality. The retina displays are unrivalled and their OS's are so so lovely to use. For basic home computer use, ie: Internet and Word, i'm starting to consider getting an iMac.
