Ok so somehow i have got a virus on my comouter and probaly wont be able to use it for a while and then i am going on holiday next week so i probaly wont be on for the next couple of weeks i will check up on the forums when i can using my sisters laptop and hopefully i can get my computer fixed as soon as possible

just run your computer in safe mode, then run a command line anti-virus scanner (avg etc)
