The ratings are not the same. Game ratings are suggestions, movie ratings are requirements. From ESRB:

A ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2011 (Brown v. Entertainment Merchants Association/Entertainment Software Association) found that video games are a constitutionally-protected form of expression, and that laws restricting their sale or rental based upon violent content are unconstitutional.

There is no such thing for movies, where cinemas are required to not allow underage children into the cinema.

Honestly, I can't wait for this movie and the trailer makes me want to watch it even more :( but as soon as it comes out I'm going to watch it I just hope my expectations are fulfilled. :D
