Does CT ban count as normal ban?

Hey, I was just looking at Antizombie's post. And pissed my self when the admins were like one more ban and it's perm. But does that count CT bans?

It isn't on steam bans but I think the admins and owners keep track of how many times you've been banned. Not sure though.

Don't worry on getting permed. Just because you screw up as a CT and accidentally freekill of course you don't get perm. And as long as you are a good guy, nice to people and follow the rules you should never worry about a perm.
