When I try to connect to my internet it says error 651 the modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error . Does anyone know the problem ?

So I was playing a game of lol with my friends and then I got disconnected from my internet I dont know wants the problem but I have no internet on my pc. Don't know when I am going to fix it but I am trying my best to fix the problem .Your properly going to decline my member app because I am not going to be there. ps I am posting this on my tablet which has Internet. Hi my name in game is Mickymoo2000 you might know me but I am doing this anyway. My name is Michael I live in the north east of England. I am in year 10 going to year 11 sometimes I get worried about what I want to do in life I am not the smartest I am one of the stupid ones and I know that and I accept that. My Dad and mum spit up when I was very little I never see my mum but that's ok . I have five brothers and two sisters I only see one of my brothers and one of my sister.
