  1. How upsetting, just missed the sign ups :(
  2. When I want to search a forum or something, I generally use "site:outbreak-community.com <your query here>", like "site:outbreak-community.com hello".
  3. I let down everyone, don't feel this is special. Meekly was banned? Damn, I like him. And limited to 500MB of data. I've used that amount and more in the one day I've had statistics on my VPN.
  4. Is there any interest in more VPNs? I'm starting to host a few.
  5. At the moment we use this one: - https://github.com/Franc1sco/Franug-JailBreak
  6. https://github.com/shanapu/MyJailbreak Looks a supported & better version of the JB plugin I believe you're using. Found it on my travels because it's made by someone I know and thought you guys would enjoy it. Includes a bunch of new features that you can see on that page :).
  7. True, but wouldn't an automatic system be superior?
  8. I guess that 90% of my visits to this website were before the new landing page were added in, which resulted in only older members being affected. I guess I see the issue =)
  9. However, when I type "out" into my omnibar, it defaults to outbreak-community.com, and typing /forums would probably take longer than clicking a single button. If people don't want it, we don't have to use it though :3.
  10. My general purpose of this is not to make it look better. Alas, I do not have the content to populate such a page to be useful. It simply tries to ease the strain of clicking a button each time.
  11. Fry your computer? What would I ever gain from that :3 I would just make your computer a slave and then make it mine bitcoins all day :).
  12. Ouch. Gotta love the trust. :)
  13. Recently, upon visiting http://www.outbreak-community.com, I have been met with a landing page. Whilst this was all fine to start off with, it soon got tiresome. I've tried to improve the page (adding some JavaScript, setting the title to not be the default) to sort this out. Once you press the proceed button once, it'll never keep you on the page again unless you add ?ignore=1 to the URL. You can see the website in action: http://fastdl.sinisterheavens.com/ob/landing-page/index.html Or download it from: http://fastdl.sinisterheavens.com/ob/landing-page.zip Interested to see what your opinions are going to be.
  14. Just out of interest, although I suspect I know the answer, are you sure the Teamspeak license is free for Outbreak? Judging by the pricing page, you'd still have to pay - http://sales.teamspeakusa.com/pricing.php unless you're going under the not-for-profit license.
  15. Welcome Twiixtor to the server! I don't think we've met before. I'm Popey. I hope you enjoy your time here!

    TED

Love watching TED. This is the most interesting episode, in my opinion.
  17. Take a USB/CD, put an OS of your choice on it: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/9585/how-to-setup-a-usb-flash-drive-to-install-windows-7/ http://www.pcauthority.com.au/Feature/265470,how-to-create-your-own-os-install-disc.aspx Plug in, press your bios settings button (F8, ESC, DEL are all common). Set to boot via USB/CD first. Install the OS of your choice to your HDD. (As others have suggested, this was indeed caused by you removing your OS. Clever :)) EDIT: You still have the setup CD? Literally the first person I've met who keeps them. Congratulations :D
  18. Prize awarded, congratulations :D
  19. Odd, well, congratulations on winnning! If you want you can add me as a friend (https://steamcommunity.com/id/popey456963) and then message me when you want your credits :)
  20. And yet you still fail to get the answer ^^. Perhaps PM it to me and remove your previous post so that others can also have a go.
  21. Alas not, you have but one more clue to solve! Also, this trivia has been far too easy. I thought you might take more time on it... Next one will certainly be more tricky :)
  22. Afraid I don't have permissions on the forums anymore. To give other people a chance, shall we both edit our messages to be less... revealing...
  23. Oh shoot, I stuffed up. It's fastdl.sinisterheavens.com/secret/<answer>.html Apparently my Nginx setup doesn't by default redirect /x to /x.html
  24. I would suggest maybe not doing it by hand. Perhaps, you should try the URL.
