Well you can just plug in a controller for PC, then get 60 fps, and modding. There were hackers around but you didn't encounter enough to spoil PvP. Dark Souls isn't confirmed for next-gen fyi. Can't do this on consoles: then there's the mods like more aggressive enemies, permanent grave lord effect This might interest you anyway:
