any chance you fine ass OB people can help me out? ive got the problem of my laptop refusing to boot up, it kinda does in safe mode but anything highr it stops processing at the windows loading screen. any suggestions are a bloody god send. thanks

i recently realized, that my computer is of pure quality. and i lag at times which don't suit a melon. so i come to you as a blank slate with some ideas for a gaming PC, money is very much an object so please only affordable ones :D thanks from your friendly neighborhood melonhead
