I have a regular team doing Mann Up, we've stomped out 3 tours so far. It's really easy.

Here's the setup you need to use to win;

Scout - Scattergun, Mad Milk, Fan of War

Heavy - Brassbeast/Minigun, Sandvich/Shotgun, Gloves of Running Urgently

Engineer - Widowmaker, Wrangler, Jag

Pyro - Stock FT, Flaregun/Shotgun, Backscratcher

Spy - Spycicle/Big Earner/Knife, any pistol, Sapper, Dead Ringer

Soldier - Rocket Launcher/Liberty Launcher/Beggars Bazooka, Buff Banner, The Escape Plan/Disciplinary Action

On my 5th Tour right now, got a gold botkiller flamethrower last night.

Spy is invaluable, sapper is awesome and with upgrades you can do a ton of damage.
