Why should he be banned: He free killed everyone by using m249 gun and there was no commanding, then he disconnected before CQ joins, (the map was dubai)

Hey mamba,

Unfortunately the screenshots u provided are not sufficient evidence because it is not possible to know what really happened there. Screenshots are usually good evidence for racism etc. but for freekilling it is better to have a demo or video, so we can see what the commands are and what really is happening. If you (or someone else) can provide more evidence like a demo or video we can look into this case again.
