Still got the trusty old HP headset w/mic. Had it since I started playing with OB and its been solid as hell. Only very recently did one ear stop working (after three years) so I would highly recommend, especially since its £20 on Amazon.

No mic installed, enjoy using my proper mic, however, my favourite headset to date has to be the Thomson WHP3001BK Wireless Headphones. Wireless headphones with a good 50 meter range, high quality, last an entire day without charging and fairly cheap if you get it during a deal.

Not sure if that's just me though, I rather enjoy running around my house whilst talking to people.
