Scrobbesbyrig 422 Posted June 7, 2015 Year 300's: The Roman Emperor starts DDos'ing early christians (arianism), burning churches and throwing clergymen in Jail. Fedora Atheists applaud the move, Chris Lord quotes "A great day for 9GAG & Redditors everywhere!" Roman Empire Seperate, Re-unite, and seperate again, many historians in modern day connect this to Outbreak Community's past history. Nobody understands what the fuck their talking about because this is 300AD. Ostrogoths & Visigoths get their asses handed to them by Chinese Takeaway Shop-owners, causing them to migrate in massive numbers into Europe & Iberia. The Roman Governor of Brittania, Lewisus Barryius, advises the Roman Emperor to "Kick them out for stealing workplaces from Hard-working Roman people" OB has another 30-50 years before Saxons come to move in. My imagination ends here. Quote Share this post Link to post

Happyface 0 Posted June 9, 2015 (You have permission to kill me for this post, just been reading it! too much lately) The year is 170AL, it is 170 years after the fall of Valyria. The Andals and the first men currently inhabbit Westeros, and the children of the forest are long dead. The Targaryen Dynasty has been in power for the last 170 years after Aegon the Conqueror united 6 of the 7 Kingdoms with his Dragons. Aegon with the aid of his two Sisters (his wives), Visenya and Rhaenys Targaryen, became ruler of Westeros, with each of them riding a dragon of their own. The Targaryen tradition of marrying their siblings to ensure the blood line was pure was now seen as the norm as the they had ruled for 170 years and their changes to Westeros had ensured that there could be peace and prosperity in the Continent. (This part I had to double check facts just because I don't know this part too well) Currently Baelor the blessed rules over Westeros and his accolades have brought peace once again to Westeros. He walked barefoot to Dourne (in the south of Westeros), which was the only kingdom to not be united by the Targaryen rule, and made peace with the Dournish after rescuing his cousin, Aemon. For now the kingdoms of Westeros are not in war or open rebellion and nothing really interesting is going on. Quote Share this post Link to post
Dave 2 Posted June 9, 2015 14th Century: As a means of recording the passage of time, the 14th century was the century which lasted from January 1, 1301, to December 31, 1400. The year started on a Sunday. Political and natural disaster and black death ravaged 4 Khanates of the Mongolian Empire. Consequently, the Mongol court was driven out of China and retreated to Mongolia. The Ilkhanate collapsed in Persia and the Chaghatayid dissolved into two parts. The Golden Horde lost its position as great power in Eastern Europe. There was a mini Ice Age around this period, transitioning from the Medieval Warm Period. The Great Famine 1315-17 kills millions of people. Then the Black Death kills around a 1/3 of the population of Europe in 1350ish. The 100 Year War starts between France and England, there was also the beginning of the Renaissance in France. The damned peasants also had a revolt in England. Quote Share this post Link to post
