  1. Im out for now, can someone revoke my membership, thanks :P No more Jb from me anymore, maybe I'll come on once in a while...
  2. Definite +1, has the dedication, knows the rules, good person...
  3. My Logitech G502, it replaced my last mouse which was a G500.
  4. I'd take Mcdonalds, the salary is just too good. Would you rather eat yourself to death (get so fat you die), and be bullied in the process (as you slowly get fatter, and fatter) or have your face burned in the frying oil to the extent that it would kill you, but you would be in agony for around 20-30 seconds as your skin is burnt off?
  5. Please remove me from the list, can't make it anymore on Sunday. It's father's day and we are going out at around 7-9pm. Sorry for the late notice.
  6. Definite +1, great player, deserves Member..
  7. (You have permission to kill me for this post, just been reading it! too much lately) The year is 170AL, it is 170 years after the fall of Valyria. The Andals and the first men currently inhabbit Westeros, and the children of the forest are long dead. The Targaryen Dynasty has been in power for the last 170 years after Aegon the Conqueror united 6 of the 7 Kingdoms with his Dragons. Aegon with the aid of his two Sisters (his wives), Visenya and Rhaenys Targaryen, became ruler of Westeros, with each of them riding a dragon of their own. The Targaryen tradition of marrying their siblings to ensure the blood line was pure was now seen as the norm as the they had ruled for 170 years and their changes to Westeros had ensured that there could be peace and prosperity in the Continent. (This part I had to double check facts just because I don't know this part too well) Currently Baelor the blessed rules over Westeros and his accolades have brought peace once again to Westeros. He walked barefoot to Dourne (in the south of Westeros), which was the only kingdom to not be united by the Targaryen rule, and made peace with the Dournish after rescuing his cousin, Aemon. For now the kingdoms of Westeros are not in war or open rebellion and nothing really interesting is going on.
  8. In the past I've always just used the specification to find out exactly what they could put into the test. Always try and take short cuts, don't learn the whole syllabus there's not enough time, just check you know what possibly could show up and don't worry about your grade, the grade you get is usually the grade you deserve. DO PAST PAPERS, if you do past papers I can tell you know you can probably bump yourself up a grade, the 6 mark questions in the Aqa science papers and the 8 mark questions in Aqa Geography papers need to be practised as much as possible. Idk what exams you're doing (guessing gcses as I think you're english but I don't know the exam board) so here are some resources I used last year and this year: Science: http://www.docbrown.info/gcsescience.htm <- A cut down, simplier version of the specification, has all exam boards (very few things will be missing) Re: http://qualifications.pearson.com/conte ... c_2012.pdf <- Find the Units you're doing, this is the specification (Edexcel only) please do learn the keywords they are very important Past papers are located on either the Aqa or Edexcel website (or whatever exam board you're using) I can promise you past papers are the best way to improve your grade, and don't be biassed when marking them, these papers are to make you get better and to improve your exam technique not to trick you into a false belief of how good you are at the certain subject. When doing past papers find the grade boundaries, they vary each year (They are found on the exam board's website). Grade boundaries are political and are set by how good people do in the paper. For example 1 year the top 10% would be given A*s, the top 30% As and so on.... (Ignore this, just find it annoying :P) -> But the government constantly tweaks and alters these percentages to change the public view on education. With multi Paper exams, for example Aqa science (which can either have 2 or 3 papers) they use UMS to give you a grade, ignore this, all you want is for you to be getting the grade you're aiming for in each paper you do. UMS allows the balance of a grade to be more heavily focused on a specific paper and also you can get 100% in UMS without getting 100% in the paper, as if the A* grade was 36/60 if someone got 60/60 in the paper, they could almost fail the second paper and still get an A*, therefore there is a cut off point for UMS.

  10. I don't know... You seem nice in your post but I've never seen you on the server before, maybe it's because of my reduced activity lately but nevertheless I can't give you a +1 just because I don't know you, sorry man :P Although I'll give you a +0.1 just because you've taken the time to use the forum before applying and haven't applied to membership on the same day as making an account.
  11. I thought you were already a member, my mistake, obvious +1 then..... Active, fun to play with and definite member material :P
