GTA IV help

I bought GTA iv because i'm not very patient to wait for the complete pack (I'm stupid) and i installed it and when ever i go to start it up it doesn't play the game it just's makes me sign into social club then no game loads. i've tried the internet and can't find help so i'm looking for help here any help you have please let me know

I used to have this on my old PC, pretty sure it was because I had an outdated version of .NET framework can't remember

Yeah a error comes up but i'm on my laptop so i cant check what error it says

Had the same problem...

Can't remember exactly what I did but I found some manually downloaded patch software and a crack that I think helped me out it's called GTA IV 1.0.7.0 game patch

The safe bet with GTA is to opt in to install all of that extra crap like Direct X again, the framework thing will be in there, which I also think is the issue.

The error message is Seculauncher failed to start application [2000] (windows 8)

I've figured it out all i had to was download this http://www.gtavision.com/index.php?sect ... &DLID=2914 and move it into my gta iv thanks though
