What's a good Monitor for gaming?

Hello everyone.

Currently I am in a position of choosing a new monitor for gaming.

Only thing is, it also has to have a freeview tuner built in because I also can then use it as a TV.

I'm looking for a 22" monitor LED with a high refresh rate with a low response time (5 ms).

Full 1080P is a must.

Looking to pay around £150

Preferably you need one that turns on.

I have a 24" tv which I use as a monitor, it's good because I have sky plugged in aswell, it's good for when my gf says i'm banned from the PC for sleeping too much, I WATCH JERMY KILE!
