Paypal is really your only solution. It's a completely trustworthy service that is a major reason of why it's so easy to purchase goods and services online. You can sign up, link your bank account, then unlink your account again if you are concerned.

Another (less likely) solution would be to get a trustworthy person to help you out (IRL friend / relative), and give them either cash, or pay them via bank transfer, then get them to pay.
